Poor food service. Under staffed which is fine, it happens, however no strategy in place to deal with it. Ordered for 2 adults and 3 children at 6:25pm, it's 8:10pm and still no meals after numerous follow-ups and being told 5mins away, no idea at writing this when our meal will actually come, we have been told to be 'patient'. Next time warn customers of the delay when ordering and limit the menu so the cook can actually deliver the meals in a reasonable time. Kitchen staff were heard swearing at customers who were chasing their meals. Anzac Day tomorrow and shops will be closed until midday, we arrived this evening and planned to shop after dinner however Woolies will close in less than an hour so my husband has given up without dinner and left to shop.
