Chef Bryce, thank you for making our night perfect! The food was amazing, also staff was super helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend their signature dish flying chow mein ?

Staff are fantastic . Unfortunately higher management seem to belittle staff, seen on many occasions that an older lady yells at staff infront of customers. Not good . Saw this today she should have taken her aside and spoke to her instead of announcing it from an upper level so all patron could hear. Today was mild but I've seen worse by management here. No wonder such a high turn over of staff and this place has gone done hill

You got chef talking through the kitchen window to the customers what to do and what not to do. Looks like he is the owner of the club. Anyways, if the approach could have been more respectful would have been a great part of serving the hospitality. Welcome to this club. Do not recommend wasting time.

I have had a beer in pubs and clubs around the world..but buying a beer at Liverpool rsl.is the most horrible beer anywhere..smelt like perfume and tasted like perfume. Could not drink it..

Good range of meal options. Tasty food at a reasonable price. Helpful staff. Clean and tidy dining area. Worth a visit.

Really enjoyed the Christmas raffles and setup they had for kids here today.
They had face painting,balloon animals,craft and own rave on while waited for the raffles to start. Not to mention a visit from Santa.
Very impressed and definitely be returning with my family again. Definitely an environment for all ages.

I had beef on special on Thursday however the rise was so dry and the beef console was too salty hence I won't recommend you to eat this on the special menu however overall of the establishment is amazing with proper culture and customer care especially the front desk team and cashier's. However the food was a let down for me I will try to revisit them soon hopefully they will consider to go easy on the salt and freshly rice cooked coz the Warner makes the rice dry so quickly they need to find an alternative. I had no choice but to eat this coz I was hungry

We loved our delicious dinner. The service we received was amazing. We felt welcome as soon as we walked through the door.

The food was so so so good, Bryce is a warm and welcoming chef, Vish has great communication with his customers.

We couldn't get a coffee without walking through their extensive gambling den.

Very clean...good customer service . Too bad the coffee bar is very ordinary. Needs to add some bang to the menu. Didn't go upstairs as the escalator was out of order. Am told I didn't miss much....which is a shame. It's great if you just want to do some gaming on the pokies. Lots of machines...display is spacious.

Nice food, nice staff, and the dining area is always so clean which I always appreciate. My only feedback - please get coke instead of Pepsi max lol

It was 11.55pm, patrons still in the venue finishing up playing. I just wanted to go to the toilet. MOD asked security if I had come into the venue and play tonight. I had come a few times to play previously, but not tonight. I was busting to go toilet for a wee, I held my wee for a hour. And the MOD refused to let me in. No human decency. He said it was closed. If there was zero stars, I would give it zero stars.

The bouncer who approached on entering this establishment was very unwelcoming and behaved in an intimating manner. The beer tasted weird. I would avoid this establishment at all costs

This place was horrible. My beer, which shouldve been a beautiful Tooheys New, in a schooner because they didn't have pints, tasted like a mouldy glass of bacteria and ciggies butts. I highly recommend not coming here if you want to save your pension, their pokies return rate is lower than your interest rate on your bank account. As well as this, the check in guy, who thought he was a bouncer, decided to intimidate us at 130pm. All in all, 1 star.

I go to Club Liverpool to have a good dinner. Their staff is superb and the check, Bryce, has a big heart. Jaden is also a budding good chef who serves great seafood pasta!

We have been a member of Club Liverpool for a short time but found it a friendly and the staff are polite and willing to assist in any matter.

My family and I had dinner here for the first time recently and we were really impressed with the quality food it was more than exceptional .
Compliments to the chef and the wonderful staff . We can't wait to come back .

Bailey in the restaurant upstairs is an exceptional young man and makes us feel at home every single time. The food is fabulous. We travel here on business from Queensland every month and would not go anywhere else thanks to Bailey and Bryce.

Went to have dinner with the family after a long tiring day at work and was disappointed by the service received by the female staff named Jenny at the reception. She definitely needs training using the system and more importantly on customer service. The experience was so displeasing that we had to leave without having dinner.

Great food with very reasonable price. Spacious and lots of tables available for food, hangout with friends/family or even some board games. :)

Absolutely disgusting service, staff named Jenny (dont know her real name, she is of Indian decent), provided the worst service i have had in a long time of going to different places in Sydney, the staff at reception is tarnishing the repetition of the club and she should be removed or given a "lot" of training. Absolutely disgusted with the service my family received, came with wife and parents, won't be coming back due to her behaviour towards us, which was extremely derogatory and insulting...

I'll give these guys a massive rap. The food upstairs is excellent and the staff are quite friendly. Not at all what I expected.

Easy going place with reasonably priced food that is actually really good, lots of choices of pokies, smoking or non smoking.

Upstairs restaurant is very good great menu and reasonable if you are club member

It was very good. Had something to eat with my mum and then we had a pot of tea everything was good. The staff who served us at Hennessy Cafe was very attentive and very customer friendly

I just wanted to add another review to my post. My mum and I have been long time members of Club Liverpool but the service and attention we received last Sunday 30/5/2021 from the gentleman that was working at Hennessy Cafe was far more than our expectations which we hadn't received before. It was very nice to receive that kind of service. I would have liked to know the name of the gentleman who served us on this particular day whuch was the first time we saw him.

Luke the Manager advised me that I had not been making any activity in the club and wanted to cancel my membership. I advised I have been going everyweek and purchasing lunch and drinks regularly. I am appalled at the service and the lack of respect. Luke advised I have 6 week probation period otherwise he will cancel the membership st which I cannot use the discounted services. I have never experience such an act from any RSL or club in my life. I will never recommend this place to any friends or family and would strongly advise new members to stay clear. Even when I did advise of all the times I did attend Luke wanted to argue the fact and say the system is not showing it. Unbelievable and disgraceful!!

So far so good, this was my first visit. I dropped in for lunch after visiting a local doctor, the club has underground parking for members, and I loved their Cafe, I had a beautiful soup for lunch. haven't tried the restaurant yet.

Great place for a social drink and to meet up for lunch also they have a great menu in the bistro

Strict with covid rules which is good. Only had a couple of meals there which were good. Friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic!! Enjoyed the hearty welcome by your young staff who came around for the Drinks Request in the Pokies Smoking Area around 7.00 pm. She ALWAYS has a smile and a hearty welcome. That makes you feel special as a patron. She also goes out of her way to help, if you request. Anyone would love to come back. Need more like her around. Cheers! .
