Hi We really had a great time at your event. One thing I would suggest is that you clean the floor as there was a lot drinks spilt from people dancing & standing on floor with drinks in their hands. To me that is a NO NO for obvious reasons. Cheers was a great event & should have more of them.

Had a meal there last night , the best part of the meal was the gravy and only the gravy . Had the steak and salad. I don't think you can call a hand full of lettuce leaves a salad.. over priced for what you received. Definitely won't be going back

Newcastle District Cricket Umpires Association Inc. - We held our Annual Presentation Night at the Kahibah Sports Club last Saturday. We had a great night. The staff were all very attentive and managed our schedule well. The food provided was excellent with Canapes served on entry and main platters and desert provided later in the evening. The night Manager ensured we had all that was needed. The room was set up to cater for all attendees to ensure the presentations went off without any issues. A huge well done to the club - Thank you.

Menu is over priced for what you get in terms of quality. Never again.

Kids pasta was a heap of spaghetti with some passata mixed through, served with chips, who serves chips with pasta. Noooo! Just no.

Ordered the BBQ share plate brisket was 2/10, chicken wings were super dry and they served a frozen reconstituted chicken tender as deep fried chicken.

Notes for Kitchen.

1. A chicken tender is cut from the thigh not reconstituted mush from a factory and even still you would call it a chicken tender on the menu not deep fried chicken.

2. Choose a different supplier of wings there are many out there, they were trash.

Slaw was pretty good, just a little bland.

Save your money cook at home.

I was impressed impressed with this club especially with the exception of the so called bistro. The menu if you could call it that was to say the least lacking & very sparse. The prices were astronomical especially if you were a visitor. No chance of EVER dining out at this venue again whilst these highwaymen are in charge. The rest of the club & staff were welcoming shame its Bistro let's it down.

The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. The staff are friendly and approachable.
The food is nice but overpriced.
The bar prices are reasonable

I attended the tasting room at Kahibah Sports Club last night. The food and wine pairing was fantastic. The host Kieran was awesome he was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything we need or questions we asked. Kieran alone gets 5 stars 🌟 from me. Will definitely come back and even more so if Kieran is the host.

Unfortunately we are no longer happy with the club.
All the old friendly and knowledgeable staff have gone replaced with people who not only don't know the prices, but can't answer any questions with a straight answer.
You get a different answer from each person.
The club advertising happy hour, but the staff have charged full price on the wine and beer that's always been included.

When asked how much the drinks are during happy hour now and what wine is included they don't know.

There used to be a sign behind the bar clearly stated whats included and the price.

They also charge a different price every time you go to the bar in normal hours.

One of the women is a loud mouth that talks above everyone.
Very rude and disinterested in their customers.
No Birthday bonus anymore .
Members don't get much from this club.

We hosted our club function on Saturday 29th July

The booking process was easy and hassle free, with the club working in with all our requests. Alex's communication throughout was thorough and made sure everything was in place for our event

The room was set up perfectly and it easily fit in our 100+ guests, with a bar, stage and dance floor.

The food was next level, we ordered canapès to feed 100 people and there was more than enough food. We ordered the 6 piece pp option with all all selection being of top quality. The cheeseburger sliders and aranchini balls are a must.

Bryce, Steph and their staff in the kitchen were so accommodating and friendly throughout the whole process.

A great night was had by all and on behalf of our club, we would like to thank everyone involved for making it such a great night

I had an amazing high tea with a group of friends at Kahibah Sports Club. There was so much food and we were provided with little cardboard boxes to take the extras home. There was both hot and cold foods and beautifully served. The waitresses were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we weren't rushed. Tea and coffee were provided. Bubbles and wine were available at own cost. I would highly recommend this experience and apparently they do high tea for just two people. Definitely will be going again as they change their menu regularly.

The Mini golf is a fun but deceptively difficult course.
Easily the best Schinitzel I've ever had.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.

been going there for years but wont be anymore... new staff are terribly rude. nearly got barged over by one lady (i think) who works there on my way to the bar as i first arrived with no apology, that same person was really rude while serving me drinks and gave my beer a head half the size of the beer. next i go to the pokies with some mates who then got up so my mate was gonna shout a round so we pressed the drinks service button and an older lady came out clearing cups so we asked if we could get some rums and cokes to which she scoffed at us and then said "bars right there, you can get up and walk to it" to which we replied "oh so the drinks service buttons are there for looks are they"? she then just walked away. used to go here weekly but i wont be sending another cent here. i miss the old FRIENDLY staff and will probs have to go to central leagues until someone fixes their attitudes

Some staff were way too over sharing behind the bar and way informal with their locals it left the feeling of an 80's pub and a little uncomfortable.
Food was nice but a bit over priced for a bowling club.
The place was clean and friendly in general and I will revist to see if the vibe was a 1 off.

When to this club for a work Christmas party, and staff were to worried about the tab amount then serving drinks. Manger told over and over again tab was fine and will be paid for, bar staff seemed very uneducated and not able to handle basic task. Made the whole party uncomfortable and wanting to leave, nice venue not good service or welcoming ??'??

Had the tasting menu with paired wines in the Tasting Room tonight. Couldn't believe we were the only ones there! Delicious food and incredible value for money. Five courses with matching wines for $85 pp! Wow.

Great atmosphere! Meals were delicious and really well priced. Chicken schnitzels are huge! Friendly, helpful staff too.

Had high tea at Urban Bistro and wow! All food was home made and delicious. Bottomless tea. Service perfect. Cannot wait to return! Was best high tea food we have had!!! Fabulous.

Kahibah Bolo is well located, just a stones throw from Charlstown. Good parking facilities and a great restaurant.

Great club friendly staff.
Clean and modern decor.
The new Urban restaurant is very good nice to see something different on the menu.
The brisket was lovely and vegetables were fresh. The steak was tender as well.
Will eat there again.

Arrived here for the first time from Sydney for a overfue work catch up lunch meet. Wasnt to loud or quiet which was nice. I was amazed by the hospitality and how nice the workers here are and they were very helpful as I couldn't decide what to order. The chef was very polite, Bubbly and friendly needless to say the service here was on point, hopefully come back for another work event so I can try more items on the menu expecially the cocktails and desserts like wow.

I ordered a passionfruit mojito and Kilcoy steak rare which was cooked to my liking.

I would recommend ordering the white chocolate brulee with the salted caramel espresso Martini WHAT A COMBO ??? I was just satisfied and yes thinking about it i am still salivating ?.

What a great venue to hold a birthday party with kids. We booked in for Sunday lunch, followed by Putt Putt Golf and lawn bowls. From the moment I booked I was met by friendly and obliging staff who went out of their way to make our gathering feel welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble and every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful and so friendly. Congratulations Kahibah Sports Club for your exceptional service and thank you. We'll be back!

Celebrated my friends Birthday which was located in the function room which was set up beautifully. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we all had what we needed. (Lighting, sound connection, food, etc)

Booked this venue for my 60th Birthday celebrations. The organisation from staff was seamless and everything was easily taken care of, down to menu, set up and location of event. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and the room was spacious enough to accommodate my forty guests. If only it wasn't so chilly, we would have definitely made use of the sun-filled outside deck! Couldn't have asked for a better event and wouldn't hesitate recommending Kahibah Sports Club.
