When l first moved to Kerang the pub was fantastic. I could not fault it, food, customer service and positive vibes all around.
Since the virus changed everything so did it change this once great place. New bistro, food not on par with the previous proprietor, some staff have poor attitudes such as Elizabeth who has no idea. In saying that Steph goes above and beyond in her customer service role.
We were once used to the happy and friendly staff that don't work there, gone off to greener pastures and now the energy has all but disappeared. Sad really as it was mine and my husbands favorite place.
