Lovely staff, so very friendly. Meals were typical of an RSL/Club. Well priced and tasty. The roast of the day was huge.

Really good menu for an RSL. The Pad Talay and Steak we ordered were delicious and very generous in size. We booked online for dinner and the service was friendly and the meals came quickly. While there are windows facing the water, you can't really see much in the dark so lunch would be a better option if you want the view. Probably the best RSL meal I've had.

we regularly stay in merimbula and tried out the rsl for the first time with our 11month old . the greeting at the bistro was friendly and we were promptly lead to our table . high chairs were plentiful and clean . our meals on both nights we ate there were bloody great and will be coming back again on our next holiday .

It really is the best RSL food. I'm here on holiday from Sydney and I'm spoilt for choice when it comes do good food. Merimbula RSL was delightful. We had the lamb ragout and the seafood marinara and both dishes were superb.

Don't order fish of the day - you won't get fish that's edible (so dry can't saw through it) - huge chunks of microwaved potatoes as filler - oh and the current ad running re King prawns - same here! $40 now need to find something to eat! Great spot good drinks otherwise. maybe other fare is better!

Will not be coming here again. Staff were so rude, and they really need to be look after their personal hygiene, food was disgusting, even drinks were not it and not many options on the menu at all. I order pizza to be on the safe side because this place looked off as it was and the pizza base was frozen pre bought. Place is so crowded will not come here again.

I visited the RSL on a Monday evening, finding the venue comfortably busy and filled with a lively atmosphere.

The food arrived promptly, and every dish was very good. In a group of six, each of us ordered something different, and we all enjoyed our meals. Notably, the chicken nuggets in the kids' meal pleasantly surprised me; they were freshly prepared and juicy, a far cry from the usual frozen, processed version I usually encounter.

However, my only drawback was that we couldn't take leftovers home. One member of our group couldn't finish her pizza, and it was a shame to leave it behind and waste food.

The service was excellent, with friendly staff, and the venue was well-managed.

We always love to visit the RSL, the service is quick, staff are helpful and friendly, and we have always enjoyed our meals. They are a generous size, too. I would highly recommend the RSL for dinner

We had two meals while we were on holidays. Pork belly and seared scallops - delicious, beef curry the best ever. Drinks inexpensive. Very well run with efficient staff and excellent food. Highly recommend going there.

Upon entry we were told that the first session was already full. The staff made room for us and were just wonderful. The food came out fast and was amazing. The whole experience was perfect. We left in a happy food coma. - Side Note Do not skip dessert, get it to go. The cake is bliss.

Well priced and an incredibly large array of options.
Worth a visit for a reasonably priced feed.
They had a live jazz band playing which was nice touch to the atmosphere.

Came down for the weekend from Sydney. Had the most delicious lunch.
Positioned in the heart of town with plenty of parking. Dined in the Coral sea restraunt at peak lunch time.

The meal came out within about 15-20 minutes of ordering.
Ordered the honey chicken and the Mongolian combination. All of the meats were tender and cooked to perfection. There was no gristle or meats that was all attached together when they hadn't been cut properly. The only issue us the Mongolian combination has bits of chilli throughout

The lunch specials we had were really nice and filling meal for $15

Will be coming back here when in the area again

Party of four for dinner and all were very happy with their menu choices and the quality of the food. The venue is top quality and a great place to spend an evening over good food. Their is a large parking area and some street parking also. Bookings are advisable and there are two sittings.

Food was good but no takeaway containers/doggy bags allowed. Wasteful practice and I hope they change it, will change review if they do. And the waitress Shelly was rude to my partner, saying " I've got my eye on you" which was completely uncalled for, also said we had no say on a choice of table. Shame because the venue was lovely and the food good too.

We ordered the pork belly & seared scallops, lamb shoulder and chicken skewers, they were all surprisingly good. The restaurant was extremely busy on a Tuesday night, we had to wait for half an hour in the bar area before we got a table, it's strongly recommended to book a table. The drinks were really cheap ?

The food at the bistro at the RSL was amazing and very delicious. The gnocchi was very good and the service by staff exceptional. I will definitely come back in the future.

We came at 8pm, just as they announced that the kitchen was closing. We got in just in time, and hurriedly ordered the fish of the day, mornay Oysters, roast and veggies. We were honestly so surprised by how delicious it all was. Everything was cooked perfectly. The staff were super friendly, and very attentive. I love this place! All up, we spent about $70. Great experience

Great local RSL club serving great food. We had the prawn and mussel paella, (beef) roast of the day, creamy garlic prawns, kids chicken parmigiana and kids pasta Bolognese. The food seriously took 5 minutes to all come out - unbelievable speed and friendly service! Will definitely come here again when we are in Merimbula!

My wife and I plus a couple of close family/friends had a great night at the Merimbula RSL last night. The food was fantastic and the two piece band that played that night were terrific and friendly as well. It was my wife's birthday celebration and being at the RSL for it while there was a lockdown at home in VIC was great as well. Thanks to all the staff and the band we had a ball

We went for dinner and found our main came out before we even finished our entrees. Had a good one man band with great music. Had an enjoyable time.

Absolutely brilliant venue, incredibly good dining, outstanding quality, huge variety.Feels good and delivers.Very good bar & cafe, we enjoyed a great band on Saturday night.If any improvement could be made it would be the signing in process, its a little clunky and slow which needs to be repeated every time you enter.

We just ate the most amazing fresh seafood ever! Especially the oysters!!. I'm a retired Chef and what I saw coming out of that open kitchen, and the reactions of sheer delight from the patrons was enough for me to know the meal was going to be sensational. Kudos to ALL the staff! Beautiful people!!#willbeeatingthereagain

My partner and I travelled here from Victoria.If I could give 10 stars I would. All staff were so friendly from the very moment we walked in. I knocked over my wine glass and they gave me a new glass completely free of charge. The food was absolutely delicious and priced really well, not to mention the beautiful food presentation!!This is no standard RSL, we felt like we were in a fancy restaurant. Thanks so much for having us! :)

RSL Merimbula is the best place in South NSW. I visited RSL in April 2019. RSL has a range of choices in food, in the far south of NSW. It is located at very suitable location and atmosphere is amazing. The WW2 wall was very informative, I spend 15 mins to read all information on WW2 wall. The food was top class and people were amazing. Merimbula RSL must be in travelers itinerary list.
