Mingara Recreation Club

Used to love Indigo restaurant, but it's gone. Cafe closed at 8.30pm New Years Eve! No coffee or cake available at 8.31pm, several other customers walked up to counter too wondering why no service, or staff there. We left at 9pm. Courtesy bus also gone! This USED to be a Community club, not now...

A busy vibrant place with different eateries, bars and entertainment areas. We opted for Chinese Restaurant which gave us a relaxed experience with excellent service , delicious dishes and atmosphere with all tables full and enjoying the evening . Looking forward to my next visit

Very spacious and well thought out Sports Club right down to a little shelf on top of the toilet roll holder for your phone or bag. Cloth individual rolled hand towels at basins and hair straighteners at bench mirrored area. Lots of choice for meals, Cafe, Asian noodle bar or Hadley's restaurant. Recommend the baked chicken breast in sherry cream sauce with asparagus and kipfler potatoes. Entree mezza plate very nice starter for 2 with arrancini balls, falafel, haloumi, aoili, breads and olives.

Very friendly and helpful staff good food and Great venue for Functions

Are here for an early Christmas lunch. Could not have been more disappointed. First of all they didn't book our table so instead of sitting at the restaurant we had to sit out in the noisy cafe. There were twelve of us crammed into two small tables.

Then we ordered the food and it took almost two hours to come.. my steak was cold and chewy and it wasn't a cheap meal.

Not only that we were made to leave because PAULINE HANSON wanted to sit down. We were literally kicked out for Pauline Hanson. Ice added a photo for proof.

My family are regular customers here and my Nan spends a lot of money here and to be treated like this was appalling.
