Food was nice, fresh but nothing outstanding.

Was seated upstairs which felt a bit cold and not welcoming.

First time visit to this venue and was very impressed with the exceptional customer service, right from the moment we walked in the door and were warmly greeted by Bianca and Nicole. Nicole kindly took the time out to provide a tour of the venue, Harrison served us lunch on the well maintained top deck, with picturesque bay views, and Bianca organised us a dinner booking for the weekend. All staff were genuinely friendly and enthusiastic, which was a welcome change from many other 'customer service' establishments these days where staff act as if they are doing you a favour serving you.
Owners and/or managers are seemingly doing something very well at Mordy HQ to have high calibre staff happy across the board.

The restaurant section was in a large open room, with good spacing between the tables. The staff were friendly and did a great job, despite how busy the restaurant was on Mother's Day. The food was also good, and was served quickly. They were able to suggest a sauce to have with my steak that didn't have any onions or garlic, which was a nice change from other locations. I'd eat there again.

Went to Jack's restaurant Saturday with friends for dinner. The waitresses were attentive & friendly. Prompt service for our drinks & meal orders. The senior's 3 course menu is excellent value for money.. Our friends were impressed we'll come again

Unpretentious pub grub. Nice view from the Deck when the weather is fine. Be sure to get a seat away from the smoking area if you don't like drifting second hand smoke. Music can be loud when entertainment is on, so if you want a quiet meal, skip the Deck and eat downstairs in the bistro.

BEST ENGAGEMENT VENUE EVER. We could literally not have asked for a better experience in the lead up to, and on the night of our engagement. Di is so kind, accommodating & caring working within our budget & ensuring we were well taken care of. The upper deck is the most incredible event venue and the pricing is insanely good for what it is! 10000% enquire if you're considering it you won't be disappointed. THANK YOU DI YOU WERE AMAZING.

Very quiet venue at the time my friend and I had lunch there. Well set up. Easy to navigate with plenty of parking.

Food is a little pricey for those on a pension or limited means.

I have spent my birthday on the upstairs deck at Mordy HQ for the last 6 years. Once again an area was set aside for me with no problem. The staff, from the front counter to the bar staff upstairs were all welcoming. Throughout the evening a number of friends commented to me 'how nice are the staff here'. The bar staff last night upstairs went above and beyond to be courteous, helpful, friendly and basically made my night enjoyable. Great staff certainly impact on how you enjoy your visit.

Meal was lovely, I had roast, lamb which was very tender, roast potatoes and vegies, my husband has fish and chip's.

We are at the restaurant. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. The food we ordered was delicious and flavourful. The prices and portions are fair. I highly recommend the quinoa salad for a different flavour than your standard pub selection.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and found the table service rather slow. While staff are polite, do plan to spend longer than average getting a meal here.

The service from the bar staff and catering who were at the wake of a family friend were absolutely outstanding. Shout out to Alana and Di for their care and extra support at this time of especially for the people in need of care. We were impressed and so grateful for their care when it was just an extension of their personality. Businesses are are made with exceptional staff like this.

Have spent plenty of time at this venue over the years and I don't recall it ever being worthy of 5 stars. That criticism comes because this venue is in the business of serving 'pub' grub and not pretending to be anything else.The form is consistent meaning I have rarely have left disappointed. Jack's bistro is the usual stopping place but have enjoyed afternoons/evenings on the top level for events, in the sports bar for trivia nights and the odd dabble on the pokies. . A recent renovation plus a new chef has added some colour to both the venue and the menu.

The quality of the food was great. It was full of glamour. The portion sizes are generous. Everything looked fresh. The staff we very polite and friendly. The service was quick and the staff even had a sense of humour. Even when asking for minor alterations on the dish, they easily accommodated.
I highly recommend coming here.

I was super impressed and very excited to see an in-house PA system and lighting (and stage eventually) being installed thanks to a guided tour by the entertainment co-ordinator Naomi who graciously gave me some of her valuable time. I'm pretty pumped to have had a gig there just recently with FASTLANE BAND the staff were really good, the bar boys were really well mannered and friendly offered to help us with opening doors for load in etc especially Dylan he seems very switched on (he pours a good beer too)

Me and the bassman bought a Chicken Parma each, very good meals cooked spot on, arrived hot, fresh and tasty, I was very impressed with the salad dressing not your standard lemon and oil it was really a good fit with the chicken

The staff are always friendly and inviting, the food is amazing and the vibe of the place is both exciting and cozy. 100% recommend the sporting globe as the go-to spot of the weekly pub night.

Wasn't happy with the meal I had. The soup and risotto were very bland and unenjoyable. Also the coffee was only Luke warm. Have been there many times in the past with no complaints but the standards have dropped so won't be dining there again.

I have coming to Mordy club for quite a few years now. But since the covid, things have changed. Different people who like to get very drunk. This spoils the fun. Otherwise I enjoy the music

Had a wonderful dinner here with my sister and her husband. Mains were great and deserts excellent. Staff very friendly and service is always good. Never disappoints!

Great place to be and fantastic atmosphere too! The stairs are a bit of a killer but you get that at the good places the only reason I give 4 stars is because the time my team and I went, the upstairs bar was annoying because the fire alarm would go off almost every time the dishwasher door was opened and took a few minutes to turn off.

Spectacular views of the bay, served with amazing food. Perfect way to spend an evening with the family and friends. Highly recommended

There is a reason this place is the only place with a seat available on a hot day.
Ridiculously priced with painfully average food. It's not hard to season chips. Good table service, nothing else. Don't waste your money
