Service is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Great place to meet up with friends to have a great catch-up. Great place for families.

I ordered the Salmon Steak with "Hollandaise" Sauce and sweet potato fries. The salmon was over cooked, dry, honestly just overall wrong. The "Hollandaise" was a ~almost fist sized~ lump on top the salmon. Possibly frozen?? Honestly thought it was butter until I tasted it ?. Not really sure what that was, but it wasn't the Hollandaise sauce it claimed to be. The sweet potato fries were simply under done and under seasoned. A small pile of parsley next to the chips doesn't count as seasoning to me.
When I requested a refund, the waiter didn't apologise, came back to ask if the food was actually bad or I just "didn't like the taste" and got an attitude when I explained why it wasn't to my standard. I requested a refund, to which I was told I could get a voucher but if I wanted the refund the chef would need to speak with me, to which I agreed as I won't be going back here. This was 10+ minutes after initially complaining. I waited a further 10 minutes for the chef to not arrive, and I left. Lucky them, I didn't get a refund because their chef was just too busy.

i couldn't edit the parma ingredients as they are all pre made, forgot item and said they couldn't fix it as the kitchen closed, dirty burger that had hair on it and appeared dropped and stockman parma was slimy and sickening

We had dinner here tonight, the food was not on time, orders were not correct amd we had hair in our food. Nothing was offered to be done about this. The wait staff JAIDE has the most rude attitude towards costumers I have not come across someone so rude in a long time very very rude

I love this place.. ? I feel most welcome and the chef made me a special dish as I'm vegetarian with a smile.. staff are cool also.. thanks for making my night x

We waited over an hour for our food to come out and then had to leave without eating as the food was disgusting. You couldn't pay me to come back here... YUK

The assistant a ever nice and friendly the place is great for family or just a place for relaxing and enjoying the people there. I love going there after work just to have a cold beer and enjoying a couple of hours on the machine. ??'?

Ordered a Parma, first it was served cold, waited another 40minutes for it to be served hot and it was full of blood lines. These were black and looked revolting. Confronted bar manager Daniel and was met with ignorance. Won't be returning in a hurry.

We had the best vegetarian mushroom crepes yesterday. 10/10. Kids were very happy with their kids meals - $10 chips and chicken nuggets, drink and icecream. Nice indoor playground. Great staff and atmosphere. Thank you.

Food was delicious but had to wait a long time for dinner and longer for dessert, order at 6 and didn't finish to 8.45 especially when you have a child

9 of us went for lunch on Friday 28th. 8 of us ordered after each other & the 9th several patrons later. We waited a long time before any meal arrived with the last from our group getting her meal 1st and 2 others had ordered the same meal. The meal service was awful, meals coming in dribs and drabs and 1 of us was finished her meal before any others arrived. I was last to get my lunch after several times querying where our meals were. Checking checking was all we were advised. My meal looked like it had been forgotten and just thrown together on a plate - I did not even eat 1/4 of it - just looked terrible. We have dined there the last twice for our get togethers and this was the third time. Alas after the disastrous meals, service etc. and as 1 of our group ordered a gluten free meal. She was nearly finished when a worker came and asked who ordered the gluten free meal and to be told it was not gluten free. The rest of us were feeling really bad and ask her what the consequences would be from eating the meal. She told us, so we all agreed if anything happened we were all witnesses to this. We will under no circumstances be returning to this bistro for our get togethers and the staff in the catering should be made well aware of this.

We had really tasty meals. Great service would highly recommend.
Family friendly, great staff, and a special mention to Chloe, who was awesome.

We had 8 people booked in.
Menu says lots of variety for coeliacs. When asking for carbanara fettuccine, paid for then sitting back at table they come & say no gluten free pasta. Has to be made as rissoto. Uite nastily too. Also ask for no corn on plate. Oh they said just don't eat it. Very disappointing
They were very inflexible & no we would t change menu.

Great club venue. Good quality snooker and pool tables. Good food and very reasonable drink prices. Function room hire too.

The time taken to deliver meals is very disappointing. My meal was hot, after enquiring on its timing, while my wife's was cold after sitting under a lamp for an extended period. Never again.

I would never book a function here. The hostess who organised a party had to collect cash from everyone on the night and take it to the counter. Individuals could not pay separately. If you didn't have cash you had to go find their ATM and pay a $2.00 fee.

Good spot to meet up with friends for a quiet drink. Lots of comfy lounge areas as well as tables and chairs. Clean and comfortable meals can be a bit hit and miss however more hit than miss

I got the salmon patties where cold still had the bones in was soft like mush looked like someone spewed on my plate frozen in the Middle looked like porridge slushy gunk had all the bones in it none removed smelt like weekly old fish rotten waiter very rude when I told her I'm sorry I can't eat that then I go to the bathroom and throw up tummy pain then go by the kitchen and see they are grabbing frozen food an just microwaving it food ain't even fresh disgusting could very easily cook better myself at home if I had a choice between the salmon patties and vomit I'd eat the vomit

i am a regular customs there i go there with my family all the time and always thought of it as a great place. my family always spend a lot of money there but went there last night and got told that if i make a mess again I will be banned and like for what yes I have 3 kids and we go there with a lot of people and we all know kids make a mess but i always clean it up. pick stuff off the floor and put it on the plates .i don't go above and beyond as its not my job to clean its there's
every time we are there they never come and ask to take plates off the table they wait till we leave so I'm sorry that your staff isn't doing there job and that the table looks like a mess but its there job to clean not mine. i think last night it was very rude of the way the lady came up to our table and said it to us in front of everyone
i have even asked to speak to the manager and have never hear back
i will never go back there again they are very rude and disrespectful

The place was clean, very friendly staff. Has disability parking and access. There was options for lunch and free coffee for the coffee lovers!! I made use of the smoking area and I must say that I really enjoyed my visit and definitely will be returning in the near future. I'd also like to thank the staff for the service they all provided.

Had a lovely eye fillet a few nights ago. Meal was very good and the lady in the bistro was extremely helpful.

I was impressed with the Morwell RSL. The service was good and the staff are friendly. I was happy that there is a large amount of seating and different areas without any areas being restricted so you find a place to be comfortable. The furniture is nice and the atmosphere overall is good. The drink prices and fair and reasonable.I was a little disappointed as there was no food available at the time, however, with the current Covid-19 restrictions and impacts on business this is understandable.It would be improved with some nice views even if this is just a garden but its still an impressive venue overall.

My husband and I were delighted to hear Morwell RSL has opened its Bistro for lunch with the full menu. We booked for lunch today and were very happy with our meals from the Seniors Menu, Lamb's Fry and Bacon with vegetables and delicious gravy. Only $13 too. Also friendly welcome and service.
