Mounties, Mount Pritchard NSW

I hadn't been to Mounties for about 10 years. I went back for lunch and to see if it had changed. I applied to be a member online and the receptionist at the front lobby politely referred me to the downstairs lobby to get my photo taken. The gentleman there was also very courteous and gave me directions to find the Vietnamese restaurant (new to me). I ordered there and waited about 25 minutes before I was served. That waiting time is fine with me as it indicates it is more likely to be freshly cooked. Anyway the Vietnamese meal was very good, freshly cooked, very hot and very nice. After that I ventured upstairs to see how things have changed up there. No-one up there, nothing happening. I walked up to the Brasserie and stopped at the CLOSED sign, just looking inside to see how it had changed. There were no patrons in there and I could only see empty food display counters and only one staff member. Suddenly a woman came running out abruptly saying: "We are closed". Well I could see that, I was just looking and guess what, I can read. But this Brasserie must be great, when staff come out turning patrons away when it is obviously closed.

Visited to get a drink and a bite, friendly bar and bistro staff, decent service enjoyable environment.

Decided on their chickpeas and lentils burger, mind you it's the second time ordering this burger, as from the description it sounds really enticing.
However it's horrible, taste and texture is not right, the patty falls apart, the buns cold, straight out of fridge, no seasoning on the tomatoes and lettuce, really bland.

Please add another vegetarian option to your menu, atm apart from wedges, fries and this terrible burger there's no other vege option.
Ruined my experience.

We decided to bring our participants to have lunch today, we had no reservation. As we arrived at the restaurant we were told they can't accommodate us as there were 10 of us. We were told it's best we come at a later time.
There were a few empty tables where they could accommodate us especially with two of our clients on wheelchairs. The staff were rude abrupt unwelcoming.
It is the worst experience to have while out with vulnerable people.
Very disappointing.
Lack of empathy or respect.
Meanwhile a large table became empty but we were told it is reserved.
Shame on you 😕
Sheer disregard and disrespect

This happened at M Brasserie

Firstly, what I'm a little disappointed is that we can't allow hats inside, because it makes us feel cold although it's warmer in here. Secondly however, the club we've entered of all facilities looks incredibly amazing with those restaurants, bars, gyms and everywhere. These ladies were politely mannered when showing us IDs, especially at the Terrence bar ordering a soy latte, and I would love to come back again for some food. Really enjoyed the experience!

Went for the Yum Cha lunch at Jumbo Seafood. Was told it was very popular, and it didn't dissapoint. Very tasty dishes, plenty of options on the menu..was extremely busy, so recommend you get in early..
