We decided to bring our participants to have lunch today, we had no reservation. As we arrived at the restaurant we were told they can't accommodate us as there were 10 of us. We were told it's best we come at a later time.
There were a few empty tables where they could accommodate us especially with two of our clients on wheelchairs. The staff were rude abrupt unwelcoming.
It is the worst experience to have while out with vulnerable people.
Very disappointing.
Lack of empathy or respect.
Meanwhile a large table became empty but we were told it is reserved.
Shame on you ?

Firstly, what I'm a little disappointed is that we can't allow hats inside, because it makes us feel cold although it's warmer in here. Secondly however, the club we've entered of all facilities looks incredibly amazing with those restaurants, bars, gyms and everywhere. These ladies were politely mannered when showing us IDs, especially at the Terrence bar ordering a soy latte, and I would love to come back again for some food. Really enjoyed the experience!

Went for the Yum Cha lunch at Jumbo Seafood. Was told it was very popular, and it didn't dissapoint. Very tasty dishes, plenty of options on the menu..was extremely busy, so recommend you get in early..

Great service. Big open space with lots of restaurants. Took a train from the city, bus then walked to get here. Was very worth the trip

Wonderful place to go and catch up with family and friends. Their food was nice and we also saw another family that we knew with their grandchildren. Staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. Become a member to get some discounts. You will most likely go there or to any one of their associated clubs more likely than twice a year as it's affordable, conveniently located and plenty of parking on the grounds.

Horrible venue. Couldn't watch the UFC 291 as they had difficulties showing the UFC whilst the boxing was on. Had a very large multi ($200,000) on the card. Never coming back here again.

This place is awesome..loved the vibes,kids party n play area, staff, food, coffee, rides you name it...must visit places for all age groups

Had an excellent, succulent meal at this place on Australia Day whilst visiting the entrance. Meal portions were generous and was bursting with flavour! The interior and layout is very modern and there is a wide selection of specials on offer. The prices can be on the expensive side of things but you won't be disappointed with the food quality and service.
Note: The pokie lounge can be a bit dodgy with the payouts as you need to collect a prepaid card which stores all your credits. The only problem is that this hardly works on the machines, encouraging you to gamble away your losses

This club just keeps getting better and better.

The restaurants are improving and they are great places to catch up with friend and family for lunch / dinner.

Great place with lots of parking and facility, clean and wel looked after.

Food are a bit on the expensive side so be sure to get membership if u are planning to spend a bit of money on food and drinks.

They even have a small kids playground for free, otherwise u can pay for the really large indoor playground similar to monkey mania

I hadn't been here in years. Visited recently and it has changed a lot! The renovations look great and the food options have severely improved.
Overall, a really nice experience.

The food in the Bistro is good quality with big servings, at a reasonable price. The entertainment on when I went was amazing, RE Groove. The club is modern looking and gigantic. My only problem all night was trying to find my way around upon arrival.

Amazing YumCha and friendly staff. You simply MUST try the white bait!!! And the dumplings are fresh and super tasty. The spring rolls are hand made there and super fresh and tasty and the fried caramel ice cream is to die for... as a Yum Cha addict (lol) you simply must try this restaurant:)

Mounties is not too bad.
I've been there a few times to go to the kids Major fun play area. It's large and there's plenty of things for the kids to do. My son loves the disco area. However there's definitely not enough seating near the play areas & the speaker being on the floor is probably not the safest idea. I also had to sign up for membership just to go to the kids area which is a shame because major fun is going to be only reason for visiting Mounties. The staff were nice and polite for the most part. The food kiosk has a nice selection of food but it's a bit pricey. Easy to get to and parking is well arranged.

Great club along Cabramatta road. Plenty of parking lots Infront of the main entrance. There's an open air playground beside the entrance. We went there mainly for the kids to play at the new Major Fun play area located on first floor and dinner at the Chinese restaurant Jumbo. Kids had a great time draining their energy for almost 3 hours till they close at 4pm. The play area is quite huge and has many seatings for parents to chill while the kids having their fun time. There's also food kiosk inside the play area selling finger food and drinks. They have birthday party packages which start from aud299 for 10 kids. All in all, a great place to spend half a day!

Beautifully presented, clean and modern. Took the kids here for Major Fun indoor play center and they loved it. Food was pretty good too!

We had lunch at The Oven today it was very nice & had a man singing & playing guitar also very nice & not too loud. Later on we went downstairs to the cafe for coffee & there was a young woman singing & playing guitar which was way too loud .Making it very hard to have a conversation. We ended up leaving because we couldn't hear our conversation at all. Please don't have the music too loud it spoils the atmosphere. Quite a few people left at the same time.

We visited Major Fun the new themed fun adventure space. It's spacious but not enough sitting spots in the middle and close to caf. All equipment safe. Staff very friendly, Josephine was outstanding with our granddaughter. What I would appreciate more is to be able to leave at least once to eat at other outlets in club. Right now u can't re-enter if u leave. Had lots of fun

Mounties is a beautiful club that I've been visiting for over the last 10 years since I moved to Sydney. I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally 5 star them.They are great on many levels from location, comfort, food, variety and the staff are just fantastic.The Vietnamese food is absolutely outstanding and the coffee & cake is right up there.There is also a great play area outside for kids. At the time of writing this review, their indoor play area is under renovation, and that will make the club even better.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I love Mounties!!!
