Ordered hamburgers at 6.30 pm on Friday night. Waiting, waiting went to check where they were at 7.10.
Alarm didn't go off. (Sorry batteries must be flat). Meals had been sitting there for 25 minutes. They were cold by the time we collected them and returned them. First time visiting. Not impressed.

The ?????????? though and my enormous gratitude has to go to JOSH the legendary courtesy bus driver who went above and beyond to help my Dad.
Josh helped my elderly father off the bus, walked him into the house and made sure he was ok. What a great guy!!!
The world would be a much better place if there were more young people like Josh.
Thanks again Josh you're an absolute legend.

We have been to Ski club 3 times in the last few days and there's a guy called Dave that cleans up the glasses and he has made our night every time with his customer service skills and friendliness to our group of 8. Good work Dave. We will be back

Weather great and nearly 50 metre walk to club from caravan site. Huge variety of dining options, free laser light show on lake. Staff excellent, all friendly and helpful, big thanks to Bree in restaurant

Wow, such a great spot with an extensive menu and not one vegan option, no healthy salads, yet on the menu it says vegan options. When I asked, they said I could have the pizza without cheese. Reallly? This is a massive place, how could you not cater for vegans. You only need to stock vegan cheese and offer some healthy salads! Need to up your game. However, the wait staff were friendly and helpful.

This place was really good experience , its huge place as well .. too many things to do around the area, and the best as well its just in front of the lake. And the good thing is we're from Yarrawonga and we traveled using the private yacht crossing the river going to this place, so until next time

Laser show is fantastic... pizza is heaps better with the new people.

We enjoy a good gig and loud, but not so much outside on the deck as you cannot chat.

Hopefully the club will return to mixing it up a bit more....too many cover bands.

The members draws are also not heard or promoted out on the deck.

Julie-Anne is a wonderful hostess as is Sam. Both are very vibrant and friendly young ladies. The renovation is great.

I love this place and enjoy coming there but can someone please tell the lady that was working at the cafe Sunday night to please be a little bit nicer to her customers and a smile and a hello goes a long way.

Wow. My wife and I were having a lovely night, pizzas were nice ??'? but my god. Bartender with the ponytail was beyond rude. We even got in the bus with a few nice guys and they had the same experience. Go anywhere in town, lots of quality around. By if you want to have your night ruined by a disgusting attitude... go here.

The lights part of the light show are amazing. The sound is excessively loud and the sound is shared with all the neighbours down the street! Even in our lounge room with the windows shut it was too loud! Please turn it down ? so everyone can appreciate the lights.

Very disappointed in the ski club this Easter weekend. My mate was kicked out for not being sure which toilets to use, this was only because it was her first time here and wasn't familiar with the building. Security were rude and refused to be clear about why we were kicked out and how long for. Initially told it was a 6 hour ban but when we returned the next night we were ganged up on by 5 security guards and told to leave and the ban changed to 24 hours. Would be cautious coming here as young girls as security spend more time bullying patrons than making anyone feel safe and welcome.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Security are so rude and unreasonable for no reason. We got kicked out and they called the cops to tell us we weren't allowed to come in for 6 hours. We came back the next day and they decided to change their mind now saying 24 hour ban. Overall disappointing and will not be returning nor recommending, not worth spending your money at this location.

Amazing place, good value for alcohol, plenty of entertainment. Food next door is amazing!

Absolutely lovely, been here for over 16 years, unfortunately this year-the units were really unkept from house cleaning. There was hair all over my sheet-as if it hadn't been washed, stains on other sheets, dust absolutely everywhere above the master bed and on side tables-alongside many other disappointing aspects. Aside from this-it's an absolutely lovely community and everyone is so friendly. I just hope in future years-it can be cleaned properly

Best nights here are when Scott and Amanda play!. It's impossible to have a bad night with them as the entertainment and they bring the crowds - brilliant performance every single time and they never disappoint. Dance floor will always be bursting with happy patrons and an electric atmosphere. They are the reason I come here without question!

Lovely venue, security guard 55 has a rotten attitude. Security guard 55 intimidates patrons follows them around your venue and accuses people of situations in a disrespectful manner.

Lovely venue, but below average service. Security guards are WAY over the top. Have no respect for their customers. Security guard no. 55 was very rude and did not go about a certain situation in a respectful manner.

Good facilities and neat campsites. Too close to the road which is busy during the day. Handy having the Club nearby - the do a good Seniors Meal. Close enough to Yarrawonga to walk in.

I don't think we received any good service anywhere in the facility. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and trying to force us to become a member and pay the fee even though half of us weren't even locals, I'm not paying $20 for a membership for a place I visit not even once a year and after this not at all. Once we got through the receptionist we went in to get food, and come into contact with another incredibly rude woman, barely even spoke to us or acknowledged us when we ordered food and almost annoyed that we were there. After the service we received I was keen to at least enjoy a good meal but nope. If the sauce on the meal wasn't canned I'd eat my hat. The meat definitely wasn't fresh meat and wouldn't be surprised if it was canned as well. 100% should not have been charged $30 for what we got!! Canned food is like what? $3 maximum? So should have been charged max $15. 100% won't return again. If that's how you treat your paying customers then I'm genuinely surprised that people return. Go and have a course in customer service, it'll make the world of difference.

Absolutely appalling treatment by your security guards, targeted from when we first arrived. Our group was watched the entire time and followed around the evening. We came from out of town and have never been treated so poorly from a venue.

I would give a -5 star review if it was an option. I would recommend finding more professional security guards that actually did there job.

Will not be returning and will be letting people know about this.

Saw the removal of 20 guests after a dinner meant to celebrate a 21st to which we were looking forward to continue drinking to which was cut short. Unfortunate and unresolved. Considering we'd just come from the restaurant next door within the same place, this unfair treatment has resulted in a night cut short. Darren, the manager on duty, displayed a really poor effort in trying to resolve the issue.

Stayed for a few nights with the kids on a powered site. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities blocks were very clean. With the convenience of the club so close with many dining options and a great position I would highly recommend a visit.

What an excellent place to put your caravan for a couple of days. It wont disappoint, the sunsets over the lake were devine.

Great night out. Great food in the Chinese restaurant. Yummy. Later the band played. Was a fantastic night.

Great club spent quite a few hrs watching the boat races and some afl footy enjoyed lunch spot on and the price even better

Best club in town when its not busy. Always seems to be understaffed when busy.all good now being the restrictions. One annoying thing is every time it's busy papalas restaurant always goes to cash only when busy.so you have to go to the ATM to get cash. No excuses. I wish I could take that much cash on a busy night.

Need better communication. Booked over the phone and struggled to even get in through the main entrance as there was a line up for people trying to get in main club area. Had to walk around the side and ask strangers for directions. Food was ok nothing special. Fast service and friendly staff

I went here with my girlfriend and family for the family fun day and it was a really great day. There were numerous activities the kids could participate in and there were also some shows such as the ski show and the motorbike show. We also had a very nice lunch in the club as well prior to going outside and the food and service were great and it was very quick for the food to arrive. Would recommend coming here for sure!!
