If I could give this place negative stars I would, not only are the prices of the food and drinks outrageous but the staff are incredibly rude and very unwilling to help.

In addition to that I took my children to bingo last holidays, we waited 50 minutes for 4 toasted sandwiches and was told by the CEO that it was essentially my fault because ham and cheese toasties aren't a standard menu item and they had to be specifically made for us.
I asked why if they didn't tell me before I paid and eventually he apologized and gave me a free hot chocolate. That day my kids won $40 in bingo prizes so I thought this holidays I'd take them back to play again and claim their wins from last time to buy a football.
You can't even imagine my anger when I was told the prizes were taken because by default when they put the bingo prizes that you have to pay to play to even win in the first place onto your card they then change the name to "points" and wipe the ones you didn't use at the end of the financial year.

Of course I asked how they can claim that bingo prizes can be taken, given I've never had bingo prizes taken off me from the many many places ive been previously and was directed to a pamphlet that said that any points could be taken at the end of the financial year.

After a heated discussion about points earnt by using pokies or buying drinks and prizes won by playing bingo that you have to pay to play being different i was told to leave with 3 very upset children.

I hope noone else has to experience anything like this again especially children who look forward to enjoying their winnings and are told they no longer exist.

I have only been living Muswellbrook for 2 weeks . It's the best place to eat. Very friendly club.

We have had several meals here, we have never been disappointed, can't fault the food

Had a birthday lunch there today. Kids games room is now an empty space, this was the main reason I chose the venue. This has previously been a draw card for everyone with kids, so I feel the club will be losing out here.

Ordered a platter of hot food for kids, cost $140 for a plate of chips, half a plate of nuggets and cocktail fish and some mini pizzas. We had to ask to be given plates and tongs to serve the food. Had asked for it to be ready by a certain time, when we asked staff when it was late they had to ask the chef as it hadn't been cooked.

Organisation in the lead up was so difficult. Staff wanted us to pre-order all meals (20 adults ordering) and we're offered 4 options. Communication with the club was difficult and I don't think I would use the venue again.

The meals that we had were nice and we were able to utilise the upstairs space. Which was some positives. But it seems the prices have gone up as well and the lack of patrons in the restaurant may have reflected this.

Beware of what they're cooking or your vehicle is parked. Because I reported that some poor guy or gal's car tyres got stabbed or something to it, and later on, I got food poisoned and admitted to the hospital of it last month of so ago now. Other than that. Decent place and staff are decent enough folks to greet you at the door or assist you with anything. It's up to you folks on your decision and options.

Friendly, informative reception. Well laid out. Great staff. Restaurant bright and clean. Moroccan pizza light and tasty. Courtesy bus quick and punctual.

Iam sick and tied of ordering lunch and everytime this week it's been wrong order when I say to them it's not what I orderd I get told it was on the recipt the pepole who take the order should really listen and read order back. This has happe d to many times in a week

Odeum is absolutely pathetic. This used to be one of my favourite places to eat, but has gone so far down hill the last few years. They will get your order wrong, then blame you for it. The food is not good. Go somewhere else

We went there today to check it out as we are moving up there and were really surprised about how great it was. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we can't wait to go again. Wonderful atmosphere and club.

Absolutely amazing, went for dinner with my mum and it was great. staff was so pleasant and sweet, did a fabulous job by making sure the food was okay and everything was right. Food was so lovely unfortunately couldn't finish it but was very nice. Would especially like to thank the staff member graham ( sorry if I spelt it wrong ) such a sweet person and did such an amazing job!

2A 2 young C stopping in from Syd to Tam. Really lovely venue, super friendly staff. Modern and clean dining room and loos. Menu looked good but IMO food delivered was a little over fancy. Steak sandwich had coleslaw on it and salmon poke bowl had a really unusual dressing which I couldn't finish. Special lamb cutlets, v well seasoned , some might say over and slightly overdone'. Would go.back to try other meals tho - and a cocktail!

Great area for the kids to run around in, as long as they like the chocolate machine, a television, and some game boxes. The dining area's are nice and spacious, the food is pretty good, and if you like Chicken Maryland for the roast of the day most day's than you'll be on a winner here.
The bar staff are are very attentive and super friendly.

We went there for dinner food was ok menu wasn't that great I had the pasta good it had different kinds to choose from but had to add extras like chicken to make it a proper meal then ask for mushrooms was told I can't have them that they were working on a new menu and weren't available to my disappointment my husband ordered the fish and only asked for chips and gravy the fish was nice but he also got some sort of salad which he didn't want and wasn't very nice and was drowned in dressing and no gravy we are going there on Saturday night let's hope that the menu has improved and they can read the orders properly fingers crossed

Stopped in for an impromptu lunch and wasn't disappointed.

Had dinner there tonight the meal was great had the chicken Schnitzel chips and salad. The chicken was so big I could not eat it all it was hot and tasted fantastic. The chips were crispy and hot and the salad just enough and fresh and crispy.The service is absolutely fantastic the staff there anticipated what we needed and helped with everything.There is a lovely lady called Jane and she went out of her way to help us , if you see her there you will get the best service.The restaurant has very comfortable chairs and tables not too close to each other so there is room to move without annoying other diners, and an area up stairs for the families with kids to eat without worrying others . Will recommend to anyone living in the area or passing through. Ohh yeh the prices are great as well.

The food for lunch was less than ordinary. Never have I been served a chicken burger that was almost cold, along with the cold soggy chips. It felt as though it had sat in the kitchen for 20 minutes after prep, forgotten about, then bought out. There were only 3 other patrons in the dinning room, so they weren't run off their feet. Never again.

Attractive name , few words to describe the meal, A slightly crispy skin chicken DRUMSTICK (tasteless) with some Nice side(as the special board said)

Quite disappointed because I need to ground lot of fresh black pepper and salt (which are ready on the table) to make myself finish my 26aud dinner meal. Totally not worth the price.

And the another order we made was 300g Rump steak but it became 300g scotch fillet on the bill. Hmmm...i still remember the cashier said she still new but the problem is she was guided by her senior. (well, I guess he is , as he seems like teaching her how to place the order to the system)

Overall...Don't feel like to have dinner there anymore!!! The Maryland meal really ruin my dinner mood!!

Nah... Not that bad actually.

Still good for all the new indoor decorations and setting. Well food presentation. But the taste need to improve more (for this Maryland). I'm not sure the other meal but seem like lot of diners order flathead fillets(it's a big meal tho)

Great atmosphere for family and friends gathering too. Love the clean environment and great staff.

Best chips I've had in NSW and I can only think of a handful of places that I liked better outside of NSW.

As for the burger, the photo speaks for itself.

Schnitzel was average but the mash was good.

I imagine you're experience will vary based on what you're expecting and what you order.

Edit: went back for dinner another night and the chips weren't the same quality as previous lunch. So I'm going to guess there's variance in how good the meals will be
