I have been 4 times to eat at the rsl my goodness iam sick of not getting what I ask for nor cutlery. Food takes ages to come out it's not very nice we won't be back here again terribal service

Never have I walked away from a meal still feeling hungry. One small piece of meat no bigger then a slice of Strasbourg and as dry as a leather boot. small corn smaller then my pinkie and not much thicker then my thumb, two pieces of carrot not even half a carrot all up. Not worth the money at all. Smaller then any kids meal I've ever ordered not to mention excessive wait time. Over 30 min for an entree sorry but that's not an acceptable time frame. Meals were 20min behind.

Always amazing food, friendly service and clean venue. We love going to the RSL for dinner with the kids, and the occasional lunch date while the kids are at school. The food is amazing and well priced with a large variety of choices.
The staff are always welcoming and friendly.
The venue is kept amazing and clean even the smokers area is cleaned.

We were going there for the raffles, the food and the atmosphere but recently everything has gone down hill big time.

Food.. disgusting, would no longer eat there. The whole was sick. Ordered food, sweet and sour was almost all batter, Mongolian lamb tasted like the beef and black. Even had broccoli when someone was allergic.

Staff were rude last night. Made to feel incredibly unwelcome. Our usual Wednesday night out is now over.

Would suggest going to the Worker's Club. Better food, friendlier staff and great atmosphere. Better parking for disabled people too. Ground is flat.

Honest bad experience had an waiter cough all over my food while preparing and kicked me out cause I brang it up worst resting service leage experience I've had so far not form this area but won't be back again

A huge thank you to Wendy and Tammy who i was fortunate enough to meet at Bingo on Wednesday 2/8/23, as a visitor to the club these ladies made me feel more like a friend then a stranger in town, they both went above and beyond to assist me and make me feel comfortable, this club should be proud to have these ladies a part of there membership

$25 for all you can eat. They had a variety of Chinese, roast, veggies, salad, prawns, and fruit. Only negative was the prawns were tasteless which was disappointing but I still recommend this place as the rest of the food was lovely.

Very nice , had dinner and raffles , won 4 times , sister won 4 times too , hung my head after second time lol ?

Bar prices very reasonable, had salmon for my dinner, portion size was great and cooked to perfection, could not fault this at all.
Place was clean and tidy and staff friendly.
I definitely will be back!!

Attended a free concert featuring Amber Lawrence who released a new album in October 2022. Good mix of tracks on playlist including both new and older original work along with some well chosen covers.

Decor: Older style RSL club. Carpets, comfortable, chairs. Tables well spaced out
Service: Friendly, helpful and welcoming, but lacking in confidence and experience (perhaps only recently employed.?) Reasonably quick (15 minutes from ordering until food received).
Ambience: Reasonably quiet, easy to carry on a conversation (but it was very empty)
Menu: Chinese and Australian options. Australian menu was usual RSL menu - steak, pasta, schnitzel, etc. Chinese menu was usual extensive Chinese options - chicken, pork, beef, etc.
Food: We chose Chinese, but it was not good. The Beef in Black Bean was oily and really salty, the rice was gluggy and tasteless, but the Spring Rolls were okay,
Prices: Cheap.
Not highly recommended. OK for a quick meal if travelling through.

I had lunch at the Everest Resturaunt today. Paid $12 for a plate of 'steamed' vegetables. I was served a dessert bowl containing 1 small piece of corn on the cob, the stem and stem only of what was cauliflower, 2 very small flowerets of broccoli and 3 small chunks of carrot!
Yes and it was all from a bag of frozen vegetables! I only ate the chunks of carrot, tried to eat the corn etc but it was rubbish!
Never again will I go there.
Do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere!

Smiling is not their forte. Feeling as if I was bothering the female receptionist when asking her for a little help.

When asked another question, she didnt even look at me. Customers dont seem to be valued at this place.

Honestly I know the resturant is changing but that was THE WORST MEAL I HAVE EVER HAD the displeasure of almost eating the calamari was let's just say I would have an easier time eating a truck Tyre the prawns where just flavorless honestly just disgusting

Had dinner with our big family, ten of us. We had a good mix of food, pasta, Chinese, seafood, fish and chips, schnitzels, salads. Service was good, reasonably quick, fresh. Cost average. Nice staff. Recommend to eat there. Would go again.

Nice club, cheap drinks and meals. Chinese oriented food and some western dishes. Bus to pick you up and drop you off.

The meals were unfortunately where average. I ate the steak sandwich which I found the steak cut really thin and it was tough. My other guest had the chicken schnitzel. It was overcooked.

Food was foul especially considering the prices! Very very salty. Staff very unenthusiastic (polite, but clearly not happy to be there).

Nice old club, wouldn't recommend meals, pork chops thin, dry and congealed gravy.
Lamb cutlets, neat nice and pink and tender but no flavour, crumb was caught just before burning, dark brown and hard crunchy.
Onion gravy same as other, way too think and had globules.

Called in about two 1/2 hours into our trip and would definitely rather hit Subway on return trip. ????????

Staff are friendly when entered to front door and memorial uniforms on display. Recommended to give a visit at night and enjoy the food and drinks while your there.

Staff were friendly but that did not make up for the chicken ? old oil, was dry and the spring rolls were over cooked. The stay chicken was good though.

Good disabled access. Very ordinary food.

My partner had a steak sandwich and said it was so tough it was unedable, chips were like they were cooked in old fat. No drink service at machines, bar staff not very friendly, quite disappointed

Good ,Bistro meals

First time and last trying the local RSL in town. Poor quality meals with small dry side salad and handful of chips. Discoverved the only place i could sit with my young son was in a cramped dining room, not welcome in any other location im buidling. Far friendly pubs and clubs in town.

I had a great wonderful excitement exciting excellent night with my family.I won the last meat prize in the raffles and I pulled out of the pokies $220 dollars. I bought my family a drink each then we all came home great night thank you Muswellbrook R.S.L Club cheers Peter McMahon
