Course is actually pretty good. However I've played here 4 times and every single time we've had to wait at every single hole before teeing off. It's as if they don't space out the tee times enough so they can make a few extra dollars. Additionally I've had a bad experience with the pro shop staff.

Not happy :( I make a 12:25 tee time.. and finally hit off at 1pm! Seems the grab for money is more important than anything else with groups of 4 teeing off every 7 minutes which is just ridiculous.

The round took 4.5 hours... so all up I was there 5 hours. Yuck.

Tee time very tight, very high chance get ball hit from other golfer, spoke with pro shop and they said can't do much...Course not regularly maintained, hit mark everywhere on tee, putting green fully hug bird sht, this golf course are horrible.

Fantastic experience at North Ryde Golf Club. Me and a few mates turned up on short notice as we were on holiday and Wayne sorted us right out. Helped us with club hire, balls and tees and was very very friendly. Couldn't recommend Wayne and the club enough. Great course and great club house too.

This golf course is so rude for golf players. I never heard about 4 players (include 2 walkers) need to finish 18 hole round under 3 hours. You kidding me? The Pro shop staff is racism and mean. He only push my group even there is no groups in front or behind us. He said there will be competition and my group are late. He even didn't let my group have a break when we at the 9th hole. Finally, my group finished 30 minutes early. And the group behind us are Australian, they said the competition are far behind us. To pro shop staff: Are you satisfied with this ending? To all other people who are interested in this course: If you're not an Austrian citizen or looks like white race, I recommend you not try this course because you will receive an extremely bad experience.

Called the Proshop, I think the guys name was Alex. Asked a question and he was extremely passive aggressive. The bloke needs some training around customer service. The Proshop would be better off without this bellend

Went there for charity golf, the course is very forgiving. Breakfast was bacon and egg burgers. No body cared if you are vegetarian or Hindu who can't eat beaf or pork products. At lunch I chose lamb shank and this is what I got. When I said I don't believe it's Lamb shanks I was told if it says on the menu it is. In which universe does this looks like lamb shank to anyone. I paid $220 for 18 holes and lunch. Quite disappointed actually, I expected much more as I have been to other golf courses and had a lot better experience than this. Will I attend the next event there, probably not

Friendly club with lovely outlook over the course. Pretty good food from the Dragon on the Green restaurant. The golf course is always a fair test...a few short holes and also a couple of long tough par 4s. Tight fairways and undulations with water coming into play for wayward shots. Fun!

A good quality and can be somewhat a challenging course overall. It's well maintained, the guys at the pro shop are top notch - I guess the only fault is it can be a little expensive but still a highly recommended course.

We went to this place for lunch. Your bog-standard suburban Chinese food; no standouts. A group of 9 of us (kids, teens and adults) ate for around $20 a head (without dessert).
The best tying about the place is the setting. Ceiling to floor windows give you a great view of the gardens, ponds, fountain (and the nearby golf holes). Nice greenery.
Standard array of beer, wine and soft drinks.
Great for a group if you're not looking for upmarket food.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating and will try their hardest to meet any request.

It's a great course, one of my favourite public courses in Sydney and well maintained, but it is very poorly managed. If you book on a weekend, be prepared for slow play and teeing off after you allocated tee time.

To make things worse, once you finish the front 9, management somehow decide to let twilight golfers start from the back 9, so you will be waiting for a second time. Note to management: Please stop letting players who start in the afternoon start on the 10th hole. We already wait a long time to tee off from the first, and now we have to wait again on the 10th.

Friendly club where I booked and played 18 holes. There were two of us in the group. The greens and fairways were well maintained. The green speed was around 9 on stimpmeter. The proshop was well stocked. I hired a set of clubs which were quite decent though with steel shafts. Didn't eat or drink anything so can't comment on the catering.

Way to busy for a midweek game but the course is fun and a little different.

Great course to play. Prices were ok for non-members, the restaurant was very good great variety of choices. Chinese food and western. Main reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of the service attitude by some of the staff was quite rude (not all). Overall well maintained course. Will come back in the future.

Came back second time and experience was great although some holes were very muddy and slippery.

Although this golf course is not very big, it can be seen that it is very popular.

A golf course with a beartiful environment is a good place to go on weekends.

Went here to host an event, never again! The staff were all extremely rude and unhelpful, and the contact for event purposes constantly told us the things we were requesting were not able to be done despite it being done at other golf venues we have used. Constant miscommunications and misdirections in the lead up and on the day, PLUS the invoice given to us after the event included charges that we were not made aware of before the event. They also made us move the date of our event after we had already paid the deposit because they wanted to hold an event for their members instead, so rude! If you want a smooth and successful event, do NOT go here. The only thing that deserves the 1 star I've given is Marty from the ProShop, he was nice and helpful.

Tidy and clean course to swing. The club itself is always a impeccable experience, I had my 50th birthday this year and could not fault the staff and service provided by the club. Thank you to all involved

Buying membership isn't worth it. The office is also problematic that they dont post notice for any changed rules and just force to charge the players. I ALSO REALLY DOUBT THIS PLACE DISCRIMINATES NON-CAUCASIANS.

Went here for a reception. If there was ever a way to ensure that no guests book this place for a reception again, this place has that covered.The front door staff are friendly and courteous, but once the guests all made it inside they were met by a very rude person that may have been the head waitress.The best thing about the food served was the bread at each table. The food served to the guests was abysmal. Super dry microwaved meat to super dry chicken. The kids pasta that was served tasted like it had a full bag of sugar mixed with it.Dietary requirements were not paid attention to when people were served, and guest repeatedly had to request to staff what they needed, even though this was all requested weeks ago.Deserts that came out were very bland. Overall with the food, you could tell this place has never tried to really excel.The head waitress was on some weird power trip. From accusing patrons from having drunk too much, when they hadn't even touched a glass to telling people to remain seated due to COVID restrictions, when no such restriction applied at that time. She revelled in telling patrons off and should not be working as a server, let alone the head waitress.Meanwhile, the rest of the staff were very apologetic and helpful.Now to parking, not very convenient as it is part of a golf course and parking was quite full. Members were very rude and obnoxious to the guests, especially when they were looking for spots or when leaving the venue and making their way to their vehicles.If I could give this place zero stars I would. The fact is I can't so instead 1 star for this so called 'venue'

Played here twice and both times had a good experience. Nice course with a different blend of holes, some easy, some harder and all well presented. Guys are pleasant in the shop and course easy to get onto for a game. Definitely look forward to coming back

Exceptionally nice course with a clubhouse thats perched atop a valley with sweeping views. I found Chatswood to be an interesting & fairly difficult layout to play but its also great fun. I like that theres lots of sloping fairways & a variety of terrain & hazards. Stray shots are often punished here because theres plenty of unforgiving dense bush along the fairways. The 10th hole is a beauty, you tee off from a ledge outside the clubhouse down to a brilliant picturesque fairway thats protected by a a dam & a couple of decent bunkers on the left side. The other hole of note is the one where you tee off under a huge arch which my mate Gezs ball hit much to our amusement. We walked our round but its a decent workout so we might hire a cart next time.

Thoroughly enjoyed playing here. The fairways and greens are in excellent nick. Greens are fairly fast. I felt the course played fairly short, especially the par 3s. Club house is excellent.
