Let's raise a glass (or two) to Pado RSL! After celebrating the roosters win, I found myself there for some post-game drinks. The specials were a steal - definitely a win for the wallet. I bravely entered the raffle, but sadly, the meat tray dreams weren't meant to be. However, the company was fantastic! Met some lovely people and had a great chat - that's what it's all about, right? Top marks for the service too. Overall, a stellar evening at Pado RSL

Food old fashion food. We had lamb back strap, sirloin and pulled pork burgers. All delicious.

Friday night dinner in an unexpectedly quiet club. Those who ordered the steak were quite happy. My vegetarian nachos was a good size, price and tasted pretty good. Pleasantly surprised that jack fruit was a key ingredient. Not bad.

Great concert The Animals but terribly badly organised getting signed in with one guy and then waiting in a crowded foyer to get into the hall. If you are having a retro gig then have enough seating for the oldies and not so old. It didn't say mosh pit for over 60s on the ticket !!! Other than that a good night.

what a place, what a club. If your a member cheaps as. Great food, they have very lovely and frendly staff and the manager is so down to earth its not funny. also they have live music, but you will need to check for when and who. 5 stars from me

Have you noticed that when we have public holidays, a great many serving us in cafes, also take those same days off.
Indeed it's like that almost every day, normally. We go home from work, ready to relax, but guess what? Those that can help us relax ALSO take the same time off and CLOSE SHOP!
Our system is daft. It's much better in Mumbai.
At least the RSLs are open..

Great value, food was great and alcohol average pricing. If you're a member you save a fair amount on drinks, especially during a happy hour - big portions. VIP area didn't yield many features but overall a cheap night out!

Funny to see the the club's director leaving a nice review here. However my experience was my girlfriend got food poisoning after the burger and the salad I had was not fresh also.

Couldn't sign in to become a member as no front of house staff available!! Beer too expensive for non members. Maybe 4 people in whole venue. Didn't pursue any food options as that was another level of uncertainty

Great place to meet up with friends and relatives. Snitzel, steak and fish and chips are delicious. I also like to have a schooner of beer from time to time and play Raffle.

Great show venue and good selection of drinks. Food could definitely use some love, portions and quality don't reflect high cost.

We came in on a tour bus trip. Our food order was phoned ahead of time. The food was well proportioned and well served. The current staff(June 2023) did a great job and nothing was too much trouble.

They are a model for how to run an effective kitchen.

First time visitor. Great little club.

Beautifully cooked salt and pepper squid. I was quite pleased with the texture and good amount of pepper. Would recommend that dish. Staff nice.

The have great bands but it's a funny place. Having worked in hospitality myself, downstairs always reminds me of a place on a soft opening. Bar fridges aren't stocked,small menu and some of the staff seem like they are on their first day and not sure what's going on. Upstairs seems a bit more controlled. It's an experience. The band's make it worthwhile

At 2023, This RSL club is Old and tired, smelly, one star meals, zero view nor any favourable attraction in the club other than basic inexpensive drinks and poker machines.....

Badly need some funding to totally overhaul the Interiors and a new good chef team plus funding to buy good quality produces. Perhaps it's time to increase Membership Fee for your Long term Users / Members that actually use this facilities, and all other members .... to enable 100% refurbishment / improvements of this Club.

On the other hand.... It's low cost to join..

Parking areas need to be monitored more for members. The parking areas need to be looked at getting a fresh paint and upgrade. Polished concrete would be good with lines clearly marked. Also meals are great but prices are not Club prices. Tables need to be cleaned more regularly especially with some people not washing their paws or sanitiser on all tables.

Old school RSL with pool, pokies and meat trays. With everything else nearby totally gentrified, it's weirdly refreshing to step back in time to a basic bistro with decent RSL classics. I was taken aback when they did the memorial thing and turned off most of the lights at 6pm but good to have some traditions I guess.

A bit hard to rate just a venue space as it's all down to the event you're seeing but here I am.

For the record it was FriendlyJordies show I went to see and despite the recent fire not being able to burn the house down Jordie certainly managed to bring the house down because his show was definitely my favourite live experience ever. An absolute mahoosive chunk of content so expertly sprinkled out to a varied audience with such well performed audience reaction you'd think it was part of the show!

The venue itself would garner a lower score in comparison to the event it hosted but it's serviceable and it does make you feel probably how your parents used to feel when going out as it hasn't changed much from the dawn of time. It does have electricity and it does serve food/drinks.

Kudos to the events team for taking on FriendlyJordies though but if the decor team had the same taste as the talent team, this place would really take off (hopefully not in another fire ??"?)

A good RSL, that has great meals and some of the best stakes I have had in an RSL restaurant.
Good bar service, and happy to return here for drink and a meal.
Prices are reasonable, and better than many restaurants especially in the pricey Paddington area.

Great vibe, friendly staff and quality, good value meals served from the bistro. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Beer pub food nothing out of the ordinary but clean & fast. Amazingly pokies section isn't shoved in yr face if that is not yr thing so +1 for that. Big events room upstairs with a decent sound system +1.

Lovely staff, food was a 7/10 but portion sizes are great for what you're paying. Saw a band play upstairs.

Amazing fast service, great food. One of the nicest tasting schnitzel I have ever had, generous portions. Charming little RSL !

Fantastic, Bob Down was amazing, we laughed so hard.

The Chef there #$#@^king knows what he's doing.You want a medium Rare T bone steak or a medium rump 200gram that my friends is what you get. The chip's to die for...don't tell...nah...tell everyone to go there and lunch or dinner time for a real meal. My mate usually eats half of anything. Takes the rest home. This time there wasn't a scrape of consumable food left...even the pepper sauce was hoovered away.

Good value meals there, especially the $12.00 steak chips and salad, social distancing is done plus qr code is easy to do you can enter as long as you have the green tick to show the receptionist

Pleasantly surprised this evening with the food on offer at this RSL. A small and humble menu, but for good reason obviously! It didn't take too long to come out at all. The portions were generous which we were hoping for. Garlic bread was nothing like you'd expect - it was 10x better! Calamari was a little rubbery but still tasted really great. My steak was fresh, juicy and cooked exactly how I like (medium rare), paired with beautiful chips and fresh salad. I couldn't give this place anything less.
