We recently hired the private room at the bowls club to host my mothers wake. The staff were incredibly attentive throughout, providing excellent service to our family and friends for what was an incredibly difficult time. The function manger ensured everything went smoothly, the bar staff were incredibly attentive, and the food was perfect. Whilst this was the hardest day of my life they made everything so simple so that i didnt have to think. Thank you for the hospitality. It was one of my mothers favorite places to go in Coffs Harbour and they made her final party wonderful.

I can not speak for the Asian options as o ordered the 300 gm steak . Ordered with chips and veges and had to pay extra for the. Veges . Veges comprised of beans , pumpkin and roasted potatoes. Ordered the steak medium and it was more than well done, it was very tough, couldn't cut it even with the steak knife. Staff are very helpful and food does arrive quickly

The food wasn't bad but incorrectly priced on the website. The smorgasbord cost $28.90 not $25.90 as advertised. The lady working Sunday 29/12 didn't honour this and said it is old and they changed their price about 4 months ago.. a good way to rip people off!

Staff at front entrance were delightful. Went to club for a lunch work function. Atmosphere was great. My meal from Bistro .. Sweet and Sour Pork .. was absolutely shocking. I felt pork had been pre cooked and reheated a number of times. Hard and shrivelled. In fairness .. others at the table seemed to enjoy their meals. I have excluded the bistro from my rating.

When i arrived it was totally booked out so the advice is to book ahead. However I was happy to learn they have takeaway as well so I had some tasty dumplings with sweet sour sauce. You get 6 for $17.85.
It's probably in need of an update but has a good atmosphere.
