When going out for lunch and dinner with two little children, I tend to try to find family friendly venues, one with a kids menu and a play area for the kids.
A bonus is a parent's room, but I can settle for a clean and tidy baby change table.

If you're stopping in Parkes for lunch or dinner with kids, I recommend stopping here.
Not only can you get yourself a beautiful meal, but also a lovely meal for the kids.
Whilst waiting for your meal the kids can have a play in the Kids area, and it's one that isn't exposed to the elements and is separated from the dining room. There are large glass windows where you can watch your children from a table just outside.

A kids meal also includes an ice-cream voucher which you can redeem at the Bistro, which is a fan favourite for our 3 year old.

Parkes Services Club has been upgrading facilities over the last few years, and the club always looks lovely and clean.

The disabled toilet downstairs has a baby change table inside, and has been recently renovated.

Meals were ok. The chicken in the pasta was cut a bit too big. Lamb sausage was good and bruschetta was made well.

Absolutely brilliant place, staff were tremendous, variety of quality food was outstanding for their busiest week (Elvis Festival) other establishments could follow their lead.

Here for the Elvis Festival. Entertainment mentioned did not disappoint. Had a steak sandwich from the bistro which was delicious but then the sweet and your chicken at dinner made me feel sick - nearly kicked off a crohns flair up!
I will say they were happy to supply is with an alternative meal.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere, we will be back.

Venue was good but not happy charging $32.00 for carbonara with only 4 prawns was poor since then I had garlic prawns $28 had 12 king prawns venue in dalby
