I have visited panthers on two occasions and have consistently been impressed by the professionalism of the security team. They are not only courteous but also highly skilled in their roles. During my most recent visit, I had the opportunity to speak with one of the guards, whom I believe was named Jerry. He demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, also the most amusing gentleman i have ever met!!

Great place, food & atmosphere!

Visited the club for a show, great sized venue & had everything you would want.
We went for dinner & drinks afterwards at the bistro, it was a great afternoon out & thoroughly enjoy visiting to attend shows & lunches/dinner.

They also have a big timezone downstairs with the classic games that every kid & adult love.

Something for everyone!

Loved the visit to Penrith Panthers! Beautiful company, delicious food and a great evening. Would love to do this all over again!!

They hold the most awesome events; they are family friendly, the bistro has delicious food and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
The Evan theatre is very well set up and they put on great entertainment

After a last minute and late dinner by myself, I was welcomed by the front staff of the club. The two ladies at reception were so welcoming and helpful. Narmin was very kind and made some suggestions for me for dinner options.
I went to the Italian kitchen and was greeted and seated by Desiree. She went above and beyond to accommodate me given the lateness of my arrival for dinner. She had a pleasant smile and lovely attitude. Cav then looked after me very efficiently and courteously. He was attentive to my needs during dinner and afterwards. My meal was cooked exactly as requested and thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a fabulous Christmas Day Buffet at Kelly's and loved how welcomed we felt, everything when smoothly, giving us the gift to connect and enjoy great food, friendship and service. Even being able to put our Christmas pressies in the cloak room really helped make our day a dream.

Fantastic location for friends, family, or anybody. They serve a variety of food and beverages along with live bands. The best club in the Western Sydney area, very large. If you enjoy trying out different foods and beverages, it doesn't matter where you live - you should go to this place.

From humble beginnings and with vision and passion, this club and surrounds has become a true western sydney destination. There's something for everyone at Panther's. Lots of eateries and the butcher's block for two or more, is awesome!! Train from Central CBD Sydney to Penrith Station takes 50 minutes and is the fourth stop!
Cab cost - approximately $170.00 one way from Club to airport. The new Pullman hotel is across the road and it literally takes 5 minutes to walk to the Panthers Stadium.

Went to Penrith Panthers after long long time. The place has been quite done up and a few choices of restaurants. The main RSL-type resto was Kelly's Bar and Kitchen. Serving portion quite generous and price very reasonable (i.e. cheaper than comparable places) - chicken schnitzel starting from $18 for 200 gm and $22 for 300 gm as examples.

Suggest to get a membership for $5, specially if you have a large group as you get about $2 off per dish as member pricing.

Wow terrible. I always thought this place would be amazing. I can only review how my family and I found it. There's one tiny little bar at the bistro, everyone is lined up, they don't do cocktails so was sent to another bar. The bar lady could only do cocktails that were on her menu, no idea. Got a big tumbler of pineapple juice for $25. Food bland and awful, terrible. Would not recommend. One can only assume the restaurants within the complex are nice. We went to Dee Why RSL and that club was AMAZING in ever aspect, food, drinks, service, ambience so coming to Panthers was not in the same class, probably deserves a zero in comparison. Would not recommend, would never go back, bitterly disappointed.

Came for lunch and had a very good day. There is a good variety of food here. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't get to explore too much but I would definitely return.

Access to the ground floor bistro was a bonus for me as a Senior. The staff there explaining and giving directions plus short waiting time for the first class meals made my day. Best lunch place for sure!

It's a money making venue. Pokies don't give you any challenges they are short on paying out. Lots of restaurants. Chinese was good but really short on service. It was a thrill however just being there.

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the birthday party I had booked for the 21/5/23 with timezone
The party was a nightmare and at no stage did I get to see my child enjoy her day which, which is a memory parents value for many years to come.
Initially when I confirmed my booking and called the venue, I was told that I could purchase food for the party and bring it down. I said that I was going to have the children eat at 11am. At no stage was I informed that this would not be possible, until today when I went to purchase food and all the eating locations were closed and not opening until 11:30. Clearly this is problematic, and I was not informed when speaking to the Timezone representative who should have mentioned to me when booking that food venues were not open at this time. I went and spoke with the 'party host' who told me multiple times throughout the day when things went wrong, that there was nothing she could do.
Party host did no hosting, she stood behind the desk and only handed out the cards and spent the remainder of the day talking with other employees behind the desk. She didnt interact with the children, didnt come over and assist for the children to sing happy birthday. I am not clear on what aspect of being a 'host' was she responsible for but it certainly wasnt assisting with the party.

The worst and most concerning part of this nightmare party was a Work Health and Safety issue. My mother leaned up against the sideboard bench and her blouse was heavily wet from a large puddle of water on the bench. This area contained my party bags whih were also wet and some ruined completly as they were paper and not plastic bags. Please see images of water cocenrn. The water was running off from the roof in a constant flow down past what looked to once be an electrical port and onto the floor. I alerted the manager to the concern and she showed little care about it or the fact that the party had at this stage multiple issues, instead she wanted to inspect the party bags to determine if I was lying about the damage. I alerted them to the fact that there was an active power point nearby and that they needed to put a sign on the floor due to the constant flow of water. I was the person ensuring safety as I told them it needed to be wiped due to being a slip hazard. Please see the images of the water that occurred on both walls, the worst was located next to a live PowerPoint which I turned off as none of the staff took any safety measures. I asked if it was safe to remain in the area and the response was 'we wiped it off', this isn't an appropriate safety response. I know timezone isn't responsible for building issues but they wiped their hands of this issue and disregard the impact and safety it was having on the party.

Really nice resort style venue, plenty of eateries to choose from and lots of outdoor seating. You could really have a nice party here if you wanted to celebrate something.
They didn't have a lot of vegetarian dishes on offer in the bistro and pub which is why I only scored 3/5. The menu did seem a little dated for how modern the venue is as well.

We spent most our weekend here staff was friendly, food was so good we ate at Kelly's Bistro, the Italian restaurant and could not fault anything had a jam in time zone shared some beverages at the squires bar

Travel from South Australia to Spend Grand Final here back in 2022. Great atmosphere and good food. Love this place

Very nice place to visit. The food options are very good and well priced. There are so many options on where to sit and enjoy your meal. Will definitely be back. Take the time to take up the 1Y membership for $5. It's well worth it.

My daughter had a green tea and I had the expresso short black at Kelly's Bar and Kitchen. Staff is welcoming and the ambience is relaxing.

Great atmosphere. Plenty places to choose to wear eat. Great bars and fine entertainment. We found that even though there was a crowd there was still smoke seating in most of the areas. What I also liked was that they had quiet places and great entertainment for the children. All round good experience.

This is one of the nicest clubs I've ever been to. Great variety of restaurants and activities! Also the Jugs of beer are massive!

Went to CJ Crab Shack & Grill. Food just okay. *Pork ribs nice. *Salmon over done and dry.
Service just okay. Overall a bit pricey for the quality of food and service they put in.

Went to play Aqua golf and enjoyed ourselves then went into the club for lunch. Food was very tasty. We were able to use our Services NSW vouchers.

What a fantastic venue. So many different restaurants to choose from, plenty of entertainment and staff are so friendly. I'll be making a trip out here at least once a month.

Nice place for a getaway! The only thing I disliked is having to wait till the person ahead in the playing cubicle finishes. Had to wait almost 45 mins to secure the spot to play! Otherwise it's amazing

Went for a bistro meal as we have done for 20 years, only this time the staff refused to substitute items off the menu? They also wanted to charge an extra $7.00 per change on top of the advertised price, remember that all we wanted was to substitute 2 x items that are extras on the menu anyway. After complaining to the duty manager this was fixed, however it did stuff our plans around and took about 45 minutes to resolve. The food was good when we finally got to order.

The new dishes at Kelly's are lovely, I really enjoyed the New Chicken burger and my friend had the Prawn burger and loved it. Will definitely be having those again

I'm Bulldogs supporter but it's a good club with good food and atmosphere. I've had a few pick ups and drop offs there in my Shelby GT500 Eleanor's which has always been appreciated by everyone at the club.

I've had good times whenever I've visited the club.

I definitely see the appeal of this place for most people. Even without a footy match, there is an extraordinary range of things to do and venues to visit. The local speak-easy was a lot of fun, and the restaurant options were wonderful. You can even go sky diving if you want...! We'll be back!

Visited yesterday for lunch in the bistro with 18 people. Very disappointed with the food not fresh cooked but served from warming trays. Those who had the fish and chips thought they were poor quality, not crisp and lacking flavour. The food was very poor quality but the prices were usual/high and poor value considering the temporary venue due to renovations. We all thought some allowance should have been made for this. Also no draft beer available only bottles which really were not chilled sufficiently. Our 18 people probably spent over $700 but were unhappy. The Club had been recommended to us but we should have gone elsewhere and probably won't return. Very unhappy. Jim Holgate

First time ever coming to Penrith Panthers and I have to say, I absolutely loved this place. The Venue itself was massive!! So many different areas to go too. The staff are super helpful and very polite. I would recommend to family and friends.

Lovely lady named Shelly working at the bar! She definitely makes me wanna come back and get more drinks from her!Great place to chill and have a few drinks with friends.
