Food was ordinary and over priced. Pizza looked good but very 'wet'. Veal Marsala wasn't worth the hefty price tag. Atmosphere is OK, not brilliant.

Visited from interstate. The meals were huge! Good value for the size. It gets busy here on a Saturday night (be prepared to wait in line to order food) but it's worth the wait. Supreme pizza was delicious and the customer service is friendly.

A Fantastic find in the back streets of Richmond. You can travel the world and not find food as wonderful as here. We had the Seafood Hotpot and a Vegetarian Pizza which were to die for. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. What a Wonderful place. Thanks Folks

It's club dining but quite good. Food is very nice but not cheap....but you get what you pay for, I guess. The dining room was fully booked on the Saturday night we went there.

We ate at Viaggios for a family meal with 11 adults and 1 child. Food was great, and our servers were very attentive to our needs.
Our son had fun playing in the arcade and playground.
I gave it 4 stars because despite it being a non smoking area we kept getting big wafts of ciggy smoke invading our nostrils which was a put off.

Villaggio ~ Authentic Italian and Mediterranean Cruisine Great new'ish restaurant open all day. For pizzas go to Aldo's in Richmond Main Street. Much better made by the experts.

Richmond club is a great place for the family to have a meal. Decently priced and the meals are huge, you can take them home and have them again. There has been a revamp and the arcade is lots of fun. There is glowing in the dark putt putt.

Unfortunately we had an issue with putt putt and our cards wouldn't load but that's ok.

Loved my time there. The staff is friendly and the food great. Ate at Abbey 's Cafe. Great food, great value.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Venue was very flashly and nice. Food was delicious and of good value. Kids had fun in the lower basement arcade game room and there were decent games too. To top that off they had a glow in dark mini golf, all good value and Sunday half price games. Definitely recommend to eat, play and stop by with the family.

really nice food and helpful staff,, meals are a bit too big but

We visited Villaggio yesterday for lunch. It wasn't too busy and we were served quite quickly. The garlic pizza and bruschetta starters were really nice. The Chicken El-Forno (pictured) was a hot pot with some chicken, tomato sauce, cream and cheese. I will say it was really good.

In the future I hope the overall experience can be polished as there were little things in the customer service that could be improved. We'll be back.

Good consistent food

BUT If you ever do have an issue with the food don't bother telling the kitchen because they don't want to fix the issue. I have been going here for years now and you would think loyalty would mean something and have only had trouble with the food twice but have not been happy with the solution they provided.

Once I ordered barramundi and it was so tough it was inedible even my friends tried it and agreed. Tried to tell the boss to get a replacement and he said that's how it is he can either give me something else or I can eat it. So I had to have something cheaper with no refund in price difference.

Second time I received cold chips and told the waitress and got the same chips back but clearly had been recooked because they were darker, crispier and not enjoyable.

Lovely facility in Richmond that looks good, supports some well kept bowling greens, and supports local military.

Food is big on big plates and tastes good, service is reasonably quick, and the price is great considering what you get.

Dinner inside the Richmond Club at Villaggio Restaurant. WOW WOW WOW. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Pork Ribs special and was one of the best I have ever had. I even took the opportunity to approach the kitchen staff and thank them for an amazing meal. We were here for a birthday celebration and all visitors in our party were impressed with their meals. Definitely will return here. Highly recommended.

I had plans for another restaurant that I wanted to try out for my birthday, May 10th, however, the night before, I looked it up and found that it was closed on Tuesdays. In a panic, I turned to my community FB page and posted a request for recommendations of local Italian Restaurants. Immediately someone responded "Villaggio Richmond Club", shortly after that, and a Google, even one of the Managers of the club replied to the post and said that if I became a member, I would be entitled to my choice of selected meals, free, for my birthday and then offered assistance if I had any problems when I arrived. The free meal was not my intention but it was a damn good bonus.
On my birthday, I arrived, I became a member, I went to Villaggio and was seated, I saw the normal menu and the birthday menu, and I ordered. The lady, Lana, who took my order asked if my name was Becky and wished me a happy birthday. The waitress that bought out our starters, wished me a happy birthday, the owner came and checked if I had received my meal and apologised for the delay (but there was no delay) and THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! With my birthday voucher, we purchased 4 meals (pizza, 2x pastas with chicken added to one of them and a garlic bread bites (pizza size)) and it only cost $57.00! The food, the service, the people, the club, the vibe and anything else you can think of was PERFECT! I will be back!
And Lana coming up to me as I was leaving, wishing me a Happy Birthday, hugging me, and thanking me for coming was taking everything to the next level!

Family friendly restaurant and kids area.
Food at villagio restaurant is awesome. Prices might seem expensive but the quality and portion size is totally worth it. Atmosphere always feels safe and friendly. Staff are very pleasant.

Had dinner at the Richmond Club tonight and it was fantastic! The bistro is beautiful and the food was delicious. A special thank you to all the staff, especially Lana, who arranged the ice cream cake for my son's 18th. Thank you!

Went there to play some poker with the NPL ( National Poker League ) it is a very nice club with excellent staff who are very friendly which created a warm and inviting atmosphere I would highly recommend going and checking out this great RSL club

Food was faultless service great. First time there had great difficulty getting into the club, had to walk from car park accross the road. One personHad walking difficulty walking that far. Will not be back.

Went there for dinner. Food beautifully cooked. Pricing for food was a bit expensive but servings were huge. Would go there again.

Villagios Italian inside the club is amazing. From excellent service,atmosphere. The food we cannot more highly recommend. Ita very authentic and meal size is huge. There garlic bread is amazing too. Eaten twice here so far,cannot fault this restaurant. Were going back tonight, prices are great too. Would give it 6 star

Visited Richmond Club for dinner and a few drinks with my partner this evening (13/02/21). Upon arrival my partner and I both decided to become members of the club. The staff were welcoming, polite and the Manager on duty Luke was extremely helpful and went above and beyond which you don't see much these days. Both my partner and I thank Luke and the staff and are glad to become members of the club. Will be returning again.5 stars.

It was about a 45 minute wait for food to arrive, and about 30 minutes waiting in a queue to order. I would highly recommend booking a table.

I found the food was delicious, not oily which is nice.
I had the chicken schnitzel with pepper sauce and it was amazing!! Meal sizes were large.
You can also choose two different sides to come with your meal ( chips/ salad/ vegetables etc)
