Great, honest pub with a lot of charm. Props to Darcy for his great service and for the venue for making the prices affordable! Hard to get such good food and drinks for these prices nowadays

Nice clean pub but meals hit and miss. Hubby had Moroccan chicken salad and loved it. I had crumbed pork medallions with slaw and roast potatoes. Medallions were tough, slaw was average like only cabbage and carrot like out of a tub(?), roast potatoes were nice. Cocktail was just ok. I'd go somewhere else where all meals are good.

Wow, Thursday night and two couples in the bistro, two punters in the bar and 2 ice addicts screaming obscenities at the bar staff, reheated roast and probably the worst old reheated, dry and stringy poor excuse for a Parma that I've ever had the misfortune of tasting. Won't be going back. Don't waste your money or your time, much much nicer pubs in the area.

The dinner menu at the Royal Oak Hotel is excellent. A great variety of fresh, well-prepared dishes, perfect for a midday meal. Generous portions, quick service, and fantastic flavors. Highly recommend...!!!
