Perfect place to stay. Meals and beverages close and convenient to the Quality Motel next door. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Awful service. Receptionist didn't book a table when she said she did! Then we were greated by a rude male at the front desk on father's day only to tell us I didn't book a table. Instead of assisting he argued we had no table booked. I then had to ask him to help us to which he hesitate and then said ok I'll get a table. It wasn't a busy night. The menu wasn't great and either was the food. Best to avoid. There's better places to eat at with better service!

I don't go out and eat at restaurants much. Too expensive and rarely have food i eat. But i went with out for dinner here and it took over 30 mins for parmi chips and salad to arrive. It was like warm and the parmi was dry. Salad had nothing i eat in it. It cost about $26 bucks. Drinks were $5 a glass with ice so watered down. 🤷🏻‍♀️I tasted a family members mash potato to find they are packet potatoes NOT real mash. He paid $20 for fake mash potatoe.l and lamb culets.
There were no roast dinners.
And we had to go up tp a table and get our own meal it was not served.
Won't go here again. 🙄

I had a fantastic dinner and experience, especially enjoyed during pokies nights. The bistro provides a cozy setting for a memorable evening. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

First time I had been in over 40 yrs. So I decided to join the club. Kim at front reception was ever so friendly. Beautiful meal serviced in the bistro. Terrific staff. Very spacious carpark. Clean bathrooms. Highly recommended.

The club is a vibrant place with a decent food menu and woodfired pizza. The wait times for pizza are unbelievably quick and the staff has good hospitality.

Rooms are good. They must make their money on the pokies because they sure as hell don't want to sell you a beer. Don't try the risotto

Good for a short stay, bed was soft and comfy. Shower had plenty of hot water. Secure parking was a plus. Great for business trips.
No cooking or room service, free tea and coffee. Walking distance to club. Only issue was some noise from hallway.

Lovely club, not sure what it looked like before the renovations as not a local, but its quite plush and the bathroom facilities are sparkling. Can't comment on the rooms.
Was there for a wake which was set up nicely. Only 2 complaints: 1. The food platters that were brought out, hadn't been heated long enough as the insides were barely warm. And 2. Bar staff could work on their services faces. Both very sullen with no sense of humor or enjoyment in their jobs. From one hospo to another... fake it till ya make it gentlemen ! ?

The Rules club was amazing. From the hotel room and their staff (who were so obliging and helpful) to the staff where we had dinner. We were walked back to our hotel (only probably 50m, so handy) by the funniest, friendliest gentleman we had met in our stay. Andrew Carey (not spelt CARREY as he said he is not related to Jim). His passion for the club and bowls but his all round awesomeness. What a great weekend

Very nice, clean & modern rooms. Reception staff were very helpful & friendly.
My only criticism is that there was no full length mirror in the room & the hotel is quite a distance from the main shopping area.

Terrible customer service. Made a reservation, we arrive on time, no table reserved. Ask at the front desk if wheb could buy membership. We are told no, because of renos. Go to the bar to order two drinks, the a member of bar staff barks,"What do you want?". Same treatment when picking up our meals. I'm actually happy they denied me membership. I don't have to feel I wasted $10 for two yearly memberships. Renos do not excuse bad management.

This place is amazing.

The food was great in the club and reasonably priced.

Do not eat at the Cafe, food is disgusting and the coffee is terrible. Nothing quite like eating around a dirty hair, not that the food was worth eating. I would've been better off eating at the maccas across the road

I thought the food was great , lots of other smiling diners too. The club has a great set up, lounging chairs, sports bar, cafe and bistro. A couple of meetings going on at the time. Great staff.

The staff are so friendly, We frequent the club for dinner & bingo. We enjoy it here. Both the bistro & cafe are great value. Haven't utilised accommodation. We live locally ?

The only place I would stay in Wagga ( 4 times so far). Put the car in the secure shaded parking lot. Drop your stuff into your quiet, modem, clean room. Head over to the club via the covered walk way and straight to the bistro/ bar. In the morning after breakfast at the club it's straight on the road out of town. No fuss. No searching. No worries

We had lunch today. Surname is under Williams with club.. my husband and I were impressed with Baxter in the lunch area. Very polite and friendly young fella. The club is very lucky to have you working there. Great customer service skills. Keep it up ??'??

Staff are friendly in the cafe. We ordered the big breakfast and it didn't disappoint.
The chef(lady) was really lovely. The second day ordered the egg and bacon role, also very good

The accommodation is perfect nice rooms friendly staff and very helpful .
Ten out of ten .but the meals we ate there twice absolutely terrible .main comes at the same time as your entree .?? One person on our table had a chicken Parma they even forgot the ham and the sauce .so bad .another looked inside his Parma had diced Coles ham peices .my lamb cutlets just way over cooked .not a good experience at all .

Cheap meals, lovely staff, amenities always clean, chefs however aren't the best, either more training or someone new is needed.

Front desk always polite, games every day in the auditorium, some lights flicker and need to be replaced.

So I'll start with saying "LUCKY YOUR EVEN GETTING 1 STAR " the food was absolutely horrible ? kitchen was filthy! And management were disgustingly rude when aproched about the issues ...on top I watched them throw out an army veteran while he was winning on the pokies , but their excuse was he was in too intoxicated when all he did was cheer out loud after a $700 win!

For a military based town, the rules club show no respect to the veterans who have served our country well .i will DEFINITELY never be RETURNING back there

Nice rooms. I booked for the EV charger but it is only a Tesla type 2 charger which has limited brand compatibility. Had to charge with the granny plug in the EV charging bay. Sorry if I iced anyone out. Learning curve for me when booking accommodation with EV charger will check from now on what brand it services.

Understand it's a Saturday night, there are functions etc, however, you'd think that they could at least serve kids meals & entree's... having a toddler waiting over a hour for pre made spaghetti is a bit of a joke. Lucky we came prepared with snacks for our child.

The staff are awesome. Friendly, happy and very attentive. The food was so good I went back for seconds. Ribs 'n' chips $15 special. Soft juicy and the chips and sauce were amazing. Absolutely loved my visit. Did I mention the staff...... brilliant.

Came here for dinner two nights in a row visiting from Melbourne for work. Front desk reception have been so friendly and just lovely! I didn't get the older gentleman's name with glasses but he was exceptionally lovely! The food was cheap, delicious and portion size was massive! Bar staff and wait staff also friendly, excellent customer service and all round a great place for a meal!

I have severe allergies, and the staff cheerfully and professionally met the challenges. My meal was delicious, thank you.

Made the mistake of dining there on a quiet Sunday night. You wouldn't think anyplace could muck up a roast dinner but the Rules Club kitchen excelled. Got a roast beef that was clearly cooked days ago then dried out under the heat lamp. End result was as appetising as old boot leather. I wouldn't have minded if they simply said the item was off the menu rather than serve up that rubbish! The bar staff were very pleasant however.

Stayed Rules Motel. Wined & Dined in the club that is part of the Club will go back. The meals were enjoyable. Be came a member.
