Ryde Parramatta Golf Club, West Ryde NSW

Booked in for Dinner and when we arrive I notice a dress code and my husband has had several ankle injuries preventing him from wearing shoes at present (had thongs on) and even showed the duty manager his multiple foot scars. He didn't seem to care even for the fact we were only going to having dinner and leave.
That was not enough evidence for them apparently even tho he completely limps when he walks. What a joke it's a bit of discrimination here if you ask me.
Don't worry I will make sure others know.
If there was an option for NO stars you would get it. Improve your customer service as it doesn't match your somewhat business that's for sure.

Got married there yesterday. Carrera and Kevin went out of their way to make the day amazing. Can't thank them enough. Food was delicious. Definitely recommend for weddings.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jen Nguyen to host our wedding ceremony at Ryde Parramatta Golf Club. With boundless attention to detail, and professionalism, she patiently walked us through the options of organising our outdoor wedding ceremony and indoor canapes and drinks aftewards. We were delighted with her positive, accomodating, and reassuring attitude and work manner. We are very happy to recommend her as a wedding event and hospitality manager and the Ryde Paramatta Gold Club as a wedding ceremony venue.

I always enjoy visiting because of the beautiful golf course, delicious food, and friendly staff. I hope the golf club membership I applied for will be processed quickly.
