We have been going to Seymour over the Christmas New Year break for the last three years. This place never disappoints. Their Wed to Fri specials are outstanding, and the normal priced meals on the weekend are still good value.

Dined here last night. Ordered main meal of prawn & chorizo risotto. Meal consisted of tomato flavoured rice - 3 prawns & 3 slices of chorizo. Ripped off........

I loved coming here with my mum, she'd get her seniors and I always get my fave vegetarian lasagna. It's a shame the servings of lasagna servings have halved but still paying the same $26.00. We don't come here now because of that. Bring back the full serves ?

We dropped in here, as we were visiting a family member.
On arrival,staff were very freindly and helpful.
The old boy was happy, as lamb's fry was on the specials menu. This was also accompanied by chicken soup, which he also enjoyed.
I had the Hawaiian Parma, which was excellent.
This was a pleasant surprise, and would definitely return, as the menu had plenty to offer.

9-4-23 went for lunch Friday, and the service was excellent. The menu offered limited seniors and mains at reasonable prices, drinks are also well priced. It is disappointing how seniors are locked into a set menu without the option of a discounted main as other places do e.g. 15-20% discount off main menu price on presentation of seniors card.

The food was great and it is a good idea that some mains are offered in entrée sizes. The hostess checked our order with us as one part ordered only a entree and sweet, while the other ordered an entree and a main in an entree size, That the hostess checked showed great service which we thanked her for.

Would definitely eat here again, and recommend to others.

Husband and I in town for 1 night, thought we would go to the local club. Best garlic prawns I have ever had - cooked to perfection. Hubby had Jack Daniels pork ribs that were so perfectly cooked no knife was required. Dessert was apple and raspberry crumble, with fresh cream and ice-cream, only complaint was that it was so good that my hubby who usually doesn't bother with sweets ate half lol. Service was brilliant, staff were cheerful and friendly, special shout out to Veronica and Linny, great job ladies.

Not so much now. Beef curry was mainly chopped carrot and a very small serve. Risotto- I use to love this dish. Very ordinary. New chef??

What a clean, lovely place to sit and have a meal while taking a break in our journey. Loved the food, the ladies serving us for courteous and friendly. Will stop by again in future travels

My mum and I always look forward to a drive up to Seymour and the number 1 place we always go for lunch is the Seymour RSL, their vegetarian lasagna is my go to. Good seating, great atmosphere and prompt service.

Nice enough place. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the food left a bit to be desired. My husbands steak sandwich look nice enough but nothing to write home about. My spaghetti bolognese was not very nice. There was water in the bottom of the bowl from the pasta not being drained and not alot of sauce. It also wasn't a very nice sauce either. I ordered this from the special menu. It was $20 with some garlic bread on the side. Very overpriced and disappointing, I would think this would be more of a $12 lunch special. Not all negative though. The kids meal was pretty reasonable. My daughter had sausages and chips and was quiet happy and then she got ice cream for desert. Pretty good kids meals for $13. Plus the chips are very nice.

Loud men swearing (enjoying themselves but more like a footy club than a gaming venue meals place f's and so on even though it just language the gaming room was full of elderly female why should they be subjected to that if my mother had of been with me I would of complained )staff very helpful but under trained Intimidating place for a worldly single female trying to get a meal and a pint sitting in gaming till a place became available (Chappy looking through the blinds yelling at his dog in the car to behave)regular customers putting reserved signs on games and the leaving....ho hum...won't be back but baby will tell all my friends to keep on driving to a real local pub just across from the railway station

Meal was lovely, staff NEED covid safe training. Hands were placed on my partners plate before asking if she had finished, daughters ice cream placed at the wrong table where it was breathed all over before being moved in front of my daughter. Over friendly staff not maintaining 1.5m when conversing with at risk older patrons.

Great little club with very nice meals and friendly staff. I recently attended a birthday celebration for my elderly mum and she thoroughly enjoyed it.

Friendly staff. Got there just as the kitchen was closing. No big deal. Taken to a table and ordered 2 course lunch which arrived promptly. Nothing was a hassle and the staff interacted with us like we were regulars. Would go back again if we were ever in the area.

This is a fantastic place to eat. The staff are very friendly and excellent at their jobs. The food is outstanding and totally delicious. Had a great time here.

Whilst in Seymour on a weekend getaway, I had a delicious porterhouse steak and garlic bread it was fantastic

Popped in for lunch and we were made to feel warmly welcomed by the staff. A wide variety of typical bistro fare is on the menu, my companion opted for the roast beef while I elected to have the salt and pepper squid. The squid was prepared well, no rubberiness that can often be found, though I did find myself seasoning it a little more (probably just personal taste). Chips delectably crunchy, as was the salad (the sweet chilli sauce really set it off). Partnered with an ice cold beer from the tap made it quite a pleasant experience.

The venue itself was contemporarily fit out, clean, modern and well looked after. Some clearer signage would probably help but compared to many clubs I've been too it certainly didn't seem stale. Great prices for seniors too.
