Hello, I recently had my small wedding here in their society room. The process for booking was exceptional. The event coordinator Dorella was very kind and professional. there was great communication throughout the process. on the day everything ran smoothly and the food was amazing. the guest loved the experience. we had the option of grazing table which was quite affordable. the venue was very cleaned and the staff was very kind and respectful. I highly recommend this venue for your next event.

Located on the corner of Wattle & Shellharbour Roads, Shellharbour, New South Wales, Australia ??. This is a really great club. I had a beautiful chicken schnitzel that was beautifully cooked. The layout of the club was really nice, wheelchair friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place without hesitation

Best burgers, chips and chicken tenders we've had in a long time. The food from the burger place is always top notch even when they're slammed. The chefs in the kitchen are friendly and seem to genuinely love what they do because it reflects in the amazing food. 5/5 will definitely continue coming here.

Absolutely disgusting food ! Very disappointing experience. One staff member was rude and unhelpful when we ordered our food. The food was very expensive for what was ordered and the pumpkin meal was suppose to be cooked for 16 hours which should indicate that it was cooked properly but it was rock hard, we actually pointed it out to the service staff and they agreed it was not cooked although no one came to apologize or discuss the issue ! I would definitely not recommend this club when there are many other clubs in the area offering better food, value and more courteous staff.

Went to Shelly's at Shellharbour on Saturday for a early father's day with my daughter and wife. We went to seating area and went through the menu's. I had the rump chips and salad the wife ordered battered fish chips and salad. The daughter ordered chicken schnitzel chips and salad. So we were sitting right in front where meals were being prepared. Time goes by and one of the girls was at the area where the meals were put up under the heating lamps and wipe her nose with her hand. So I said the wife did you see that and she said no. So a couple of minutes go by the girl is still up at the pick up area and she did it again. Ran the back of her hand and wiped her nose again. Could not believe this and none of the girls are wearing gloves.
We get our meals and the salad consisting of five leaves of lettuce there abouts half of a cherry tomato two slices of cucumber and that's it. All three of us. How do you call that a salad. I will say that the rump was very tender and the wife's fish was very nice but the Chicken schnitzel wasn't the best. I think I will be going some where else next time and support my local establishment

Food took 1 hour to get and was a big let down as it made me and many other people on my table feel sick. Ordered chicken tenders and got chicken schnitzel also got bruschetta and it came on Lebanese bread and was dry, the tomatoes tasted off making me sick, and the ice cream tasted like off milk. Definitely do not recommend will not be coming back the loud music gave my table a headache

Fries with bolognaise and cheese is a 7 star it is amazing super unhealthy but it tastes the best

This place has several different eateries to accommodated different tastes. The food was very tasty. The Staff were helpful & friendly. Comfortable areas for families, individuals & groups to relax. Great atmosphere. Large indoor Playground. Entertainment.

One star is too much for this establishment. We attended my grandmothers wake and the on duty manager told my grieving mother that wasn't allowed back in the club as she apparently had too much to drink. She was crying and consoling my Great Aunt outside of the club and wasn't allowed back in. The afternoon shift leader on Thursday, the 15th of June handled the situation so poorly, telling my mother and father that he didn't care about the fact that they were celebrating my nans life. The words that he used and the condescending way that he spoke caused a scene larger than what needed to be. If he had spoken in a respectful manner I would not be writing this review. I am utterly disgusted by the way we were treated, as my nan loved the club and was a member for a number of years. I can say with great certainty that I will never come to this establishment again. So disappointed.

The atmosphere on a Saturday night is brilliant, It's booming and everyone's go-to club. Live music was a hit, for was great and came out quick despite the hundreds of other people also waiting. I would love to say the same about our experience on Friday, the night before but it simply wasn't a good experience. We had ordered "chicken tenders" that were able to be broken in half very easily because of how dry and over cooked they were, the parpadelle boscaiola was tasteless and i added my own seasoning . We also ordered a spicy chicken burger and knew what we were expecting but it had no flavour, just extreme heat which was abit disappointing. Albeit the food came out quickly. I wouldn't expect the food to be double cooked or poorly seasoned when the club only had maximum 60 people all round inside. Saturday was a great night, ill return on saturdays.

4 out of 5 for keeping the kids occupied. The big slide is great with another play area next to the bistro. But when I went during a weekend lunch, "the precinct" area food was closed. Only the candy store was open.

2 out of 5 for food. The bistro had a 1 hour wait,the burger place had 45 minutes. The pizza place was about 20 minutes wait and was just ok
At least the ice cream was $3 a scoop

Terrible experience. As a local we went there tonight after a Xmas get together and our friend who is always a fun jolly person wasn't allowed in as they said intoxicated. I confronted the head on reception and he was not interested in listening or reasoning. Shellharbour club you have definitely lost a number of local patrons now!! If you can determine between someone who is genuinely happy to be out and someone intoxicated you shouldn't be on the front desk. I took names of staff and will be seeing management on Monday.

We went here today for a family lunch. Nice welcome and thats where it ended.They made a mistake with our order. Then the food was served cold and the beer was flat. The chicken burger was over cooked. In the end all that could be eaten was tomatoe on the buns....will never go back after this experience. A total waste of time and money.

Maybe it was a bad day, but it happened the last time we were there. There's something in the attitude or demeanor of some staff that presents as if we're not welcome and stop bothering them. On those occasions it was not busy, it was mid-week lunchtime. However the lovely young man who delivered our meals was friendly, and helped with an enquiry. The burger I ordered was delicious, and mum was happy with her roast dinner. We moved on to the cafe for a coffee and we were disappointed all over again with the rude staff and awful coffee. I'd say this place is a bit hit and miss. It costs nothing to be polite and just a little concentration to make a nice coffee. I hope the head chef and food service manager read this post.

Great club food and atmosphere. A huge variety of eateries from which to select. If you're in the area, a worthwhile destination for food and drinks. And dessert was a winner.

Went for father's Day,,no clear signage of where anything is,food disgusting
& overpriced,,small portions with raw vegetables which was definitely not worth the 2 hr wait,, couldn't eat it so we just left,,tables filthy & the line up at bar & food ordering was a joke,toilets were a disgrace.

FiftySix Dining experience was awesome.

The Roasted Pork Belly was a surprise.

It was perfect.

The grass fed 300g rump steak was cooked to perfection.

We were delighted beyond our expectations.

My club. There are a number of dining areas and types of food to order from, great outdoor area as well. Food varies, have had nice meals and not so nice meals, bit inconsistent, took friends after advising options available, was disappointing for them and me. The pizza however , has been a winner consistently. A pasta dish appeared as though it had been re cooked, was dry and tough, def not freshly prepared!!

Huge renovated club. Lots of food options, maybe too many. The place is so big, it feels weird when empty.
My partner and I sat in the room in the left. The food tasted average and looked like fast food.
The experience was disappointing and we won't go back.

I haven't been to this club for years and went there yesterday for a Xmas Gym get together. The young smiley staff member at the front desk was very pleasant. I was allowed to check with one of the chef's who described what was in one of the sauces of the meal I was going to order, and the ordering of my meal and wine was all looked after in one process. My pork meal was so delicious and the other ladies meals looked just as good. After moving around, we decided to have coffee. We spent 4 hours there and before I left, I and another lady decided to join the club. We now have a 3 year membership and no doubt my husband and I will be ducking up there for a few quick meals when I don't feel inclined to cook. We are Shellcove locals. Enjoyed the experience thanks.

Well presented and great food! I'm only a casual visitor and it's a halfway point to meet some friends.

Thought we would enjoy a nice meal with family on Saturday evening but I have to say we were very disappointed. I had the Beer battered fish, chips and salad and my partner had the chicken burger, chips and salad. We waited for more than 45 minutes after ordering with no meals coming, so one of our party went to the servery and found our meals on the counter under lights waiting for waiters to deliver them. My meal was just warm, the fish batter was not cooked through and a mountain of chips and salad were just there to fill up the plate. I have to say it was the worst fish and chips meal I've ever had and the fish batter, salad and half of the chips were left on the plate on the table. Most disappointed.

The live entertainment on Saturday night was pretty good for a 2 man band.But the food we chose ( 3 x main meals) was not worth the money , I wouldn't feed it to my dog! Poorly presented, dry & talk about small. In particular the grilled bream, such small portions, really not worth the money.

So wish this place could bring back/re-open the auditorium for decent live bands and discos like the good old days. Back then this club was the place to go for all us locals Instead now there is very very little entertainment there and not much excitement as far as a good night out. Massively focussed only on people having a feed and playing poker machines...they definitely need to restructure the club and its entertainment if they hope to stay open in the future as the area is grown so much over recent years and locals have nowhere to go enjoy a night out with decent entertainment.

Great Club for Everyone! Staff were Brilliant and helpful. Both brothers had singlets on so they provided them with plain black t-shirts. Has 2 different plays areas to occupy the kids while the adults enjoyed dinner and a few drinks. Hands down the best American Burger I've had in years! 4 or 5 different restaurants which worked out well for my vegan sis in law. Can't wait to come back!

Enjoyable atmisphere

Lovely renovations and areas however the overhead PR music was very invasive with volume far to high and content of heavy rock & Soul not helping Shame!

Went there today to do my CPR and First Aid course. Board rooms where we did course were spacious and clean. The club itself was very nice, all new seating areas, lots of places to eat ranging from a quick bite to eat at the Cafe, through to pizza, burgers as well as main bistro area. Very impressed. Membership is only $10 for 12mths or $20 for 3yrs
