Sensational service the bar staff were so helpful when the system went down. The kitchen staff were amazing especially when I requested chilli with my meal. Menu had a great selection. Plus I had a roll up on the green, fabulous place to stay. Thanks to all the Team??

Went into the Bowlo for dinner, very acceptable, large menu and busy.
They managed the meals well. No complaints

Stayed in the motel on Friday night. Nice clean rooms at good price and good location. Staff were very helpful, loaned me an extension chord for car battery charger and posted my phone charger that I left in room.

My partner and I stayed there a few weeks ago. What a fabulous place! The staff in the club were so friendly and helpful. Food was great. The motel attached to the club was fantastic very comfortable with a great continental breakfast. We are hoping to stay there again in the coming weeks. Again absolutely fabulous.

This is really a gem, great location away from the main road. The rooms are very nice and all the little things that they do. The people in the bar and dining room were very nice and helpful. If staying in the motel you get discounted drinks at the Bowls Club.

Nice motel. Clean, well located near the bowling club, which also has a very good restaurant. Rooms are large with all usual facilities. This motel doesn't use the "booking sights" so you contact the motel directly to book. This is passed on to the guest in very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Close to the heart of town. Simple, well supplied very clean rooms with all modern conveniences, Super comfy beds and very friendly staff in booking and room service. Fabulous food available at the club. Highly recommended, these rooms are very convenient to town centre, well priced and in a Quiet, pleasant location.

So friendly and accommodating the service ,staff, and dining is just a wonderful experience...warm and inviting on a cool winter night .
I never leave my best friend alone in my vehicle to sit down and eat the chefs are good people here and after ordering brought my meal to my van on a lovely large china plate ..with real cutlery and a smile..food was great also...
I highly recommend Tenterfield bowling club..a stepback in time when life was easier and the staff and patrons welcoming 5 stars ...

They really need to think about their disable lady toilet I was there for a funeral and having the disable toilet in the ladys toilet is very had to open 2 heavy doors with a very small area is not easy when ur in a electric wheelchair.

Simple food but very tasty and generous serves. Entree.. garlic prawns (6) with salad..$17.00 plenty for a light meal. Main..chicken and mushroom crepe with leek and cheese sauce $22.00. Only downside was that the mushrooms were canned, otherwise good value for money. Friendly staff.

We have had excellent stays at the motel on previous visits, caravan this time. A beaut club, excellent food, and challenging but fun play on the greens. Can't recommend strongly enough. We'll be back... again

My husband and I have eaten at the restaurant there many times over the years while visiting Tenterfield. We have always enjoyed our meals. The service has always been friendly and prompt no matter how busy they have been. I recommend the bowling club to everyone.

Great weekend experience. Greens a little tired but bar and food service good value. Adjacent motel accommodation is excellent with light cereal and toast brekkie provided.

Rooms are always clean, the cleaners do an immaculate job! The rooms are nice and quite compared to the motels on the main street. The food at the club's restaurant is tasty and has a good variety of options on the menu with great serving sizes!

Tried to ring to order takeaway, no one would answer the phone. Drive in and the man on the door said a 2 hour wait for food. I understand your a small town bowling club but you knew it was Eater weekend, with a festival in town and you had a 21st booking. Should have been more staff on.Only 2 people in the kitchen and 1 floater between serving and dishes. I expected staff to be rushing considering the wait time but I didn't see any hustling.The food was average. I had barramundi and though it didn't bother me that it had bones in it, I don't think it was meant to. I could have cooked a better piece of fish myself. For the price, there wasn't much salad or chips either. Considering the amount of food I saw being brought out to tables, I'm not sure I actually got what I should have had it been less busy or I dined in.The staff weren't all that great either. They weren't rude, but they weren't nice either.

The rooms are always clean and tidy, the staff are helpful and friendly. The bed's are too firm for my liking and the bathroom sinks are badly scratched. Car parking is very good with wide spots that are mostly undercover.

Beer was good. But I am pleased that I wasn't the only one whose meal was forgotten. And when it did turn up it was mere scraps ! Every one else had a great meal though.

Real nice food, and real accommodating. Special mention to Corey that kept the kitchen open for us. Servings are generous, drink prices reasonable. Steak is local and yum. Next time we call through we will eat again.
