In my personal experience I can not rate the service quality delivery of this establishment. Communication, Staff Treatment, Food, Committee, How they handle a Complaint, Public interest care, I find the environment to choose who they respect and display to be managed not what I could rate with any star. It does display to have a wonderful view, Great selection of Entertainment, Meals, But I do not feel their duty of care to Staff , Patrons People who combat and manage disabilities are of the standard that an rsl should display. I feel a business should only be measured by its treatment of patrons and staff and meassured by its morals and service delivery standards. Possibily if management were to change and committee changed. This venue would benefit with alot of changes and improvements. I hope you enjoy and have a better experience than I. I look forward to feed back around my personal rating. Inappropriate language used to communicate, abusive treatment enabled and encouraged within the facility, Bullying and deformation of character experienced. Gossip outside of accordance within confidentially within the work place, treatment of people on gambling exclusions unempathetic or with compashion, Gambling encouraged and welcomed to staff. Dismissal when under medical treatment. Management displays to enjoy this style of communication which can be found to be quite intimadating. Staff run meetings and drinking encouraged as an ethical style of the hospitality industry. This is a Staff Review. Personal Review and Public announcement. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future. But with the people whom receive the most negative feedbacks and complaints hold the seats in the committee I find the likely hood of improvements to be highly unlikely. This place is not my scene. But maybe a good carpet clean would freshen the complex. I ammaybe change might come. They do support alot of businesses in the community. Like my sons old soccer club.
