Please get someone young with a bit of life and a welcoming smile at reception. Instead of making people feel like they are put on trial. You are representing a club. This is a patrons first point of contact.

In my personal experience I can not rate the service quality delivery of this establishment. Communication, Staff Treatment, Food, Committee, How they handle a Complaint, Public interest care, I find the environment to choose who they respect and display to be managed not what I could rate with any star. It does display to have a wonderful view, Great selection of Entertainment, Meals, But I do not feel their duty of care to Staff , Patrons People who combat and manage disabilities are of the standard that an rsl should display. I feel a business should only be measured by its treatment of patrons and staff and meassured by its morals and service delivery standards. Possibily if management were to change and committee changed. This venue would benefit with alot of changes and improvements. I hope you enjoy and have a better experience than I. I look forward to feed back around my personal rating. Inappropriate language used to communicate, abusive treatment enabled and encouraged within the facility, Bullying and deformation of character experienced. Gossip outside of accordance within confidentially within the work place, treatment of people on gambling exclusions unempathetic or with compashion, Gambling encouraged and welcomed to staff. Dismissal when under medical treatment. Management displays to enjoy this style of communication which can be found to be quite intimadating. Staff run meetings and drinking encouraged as an ethical style of the hospitality industry. This is a Staff Review. Personal Review and Public announcement. I look forward to seeing improvements in the future. But with the people whom receive the most negative feedbacks and complaints hold the seats in the committee I find the likely hood of improvements to be highly unlikely. This place is not my scene. But maybe a good carpet clean would freshen the complex. I ammaybe change might come. They do support alot of businesses in the community. Like my sons old soccer club. So thank you for the sponsorship. I also cleaned that facility weekly.

Came here for a function and the bar tender for the night was a gentleman named Connor. His service was above and beyond, he was incredibly friendly and has a true talent in customer service. He absolutely made the experience even better. Definitely needs to be rewarded for his service!!

Just saw the review from the old guy who couldn't get in wearing a singlet. I was there yesterday too & saw the beautiful young girl who works there in a midrift singlet, tiny shorts & spangly earrings in her bare navel also on full display! How bout dat? Staff have double standards between standards for men & women when it comes to brief clothing & are there to protect each other. It's a rough crowd there lots of skimpy clothing on women lots of really bad full cover tattoos & weird piercings etc. maybe they could impose stricter standards and open the upstairs for seniors only so they don't have to deal with the rougher crowd they attract? Just a thought?

Even though I live within 5k of here this was my first visit since moving into this area, BUT IT WON'T be my last visit as the food was delicious and the atmosphere and service was top notch. Can't wait to return.
Fast forward 12months....
We just tried the $17.50 "Burger & Beer" special and loved every bite. The food and service continue to be top notch... We'll be back...

We ordered the Chef's special Lamb Shank with risotto. The risotto was so bad I couldn't eat it. It tasted like oily porridge and the lamb shank was tasteless. The only thing that tasted ok on the plate was the pesto. My partner ordered the rump steak which was fatty and tiny with only a handful of chips. The salad was so grey that he didn't touch it. Worse food we paid nearly $60 for. The live music was horrendous and there was kids running around the cocktail bar. The only redeeming aspect was the bartender who tried his best to make us feel comfortable and was understanding of the poor food. Won't go back. Ever.

I don't think it's legal to sell failed cakes that your 6 year old made. Maybe try using some self-raising flour to get ur cakes to rise. It is like eating a hard sponge you buy to clean your kitchen bench with, only decorated with flavourless icing.

The staff were wonderful and had a lovely time. Didn't have food at the restaurant, but the food looked ok.

The beer was cheap and the menu was typical of an RSL.

The décor was a bit better than the soul-sucking feel you get at some RSLs.

The staff were too eager to interrupt us and take a plate or glass away. The place was mostly empty, it's not like there was any urgency. They could've just waited for us to leave, instead of reaching all over us.

Friendly staff , a roomy meet up spot for friends and family . Food is good but so wish they would update the menu it's boring and uninspiring after so long .

Always lovely dinners, (generous servings) extremely friendly happy Staff & good vibe.

Barramundi $28, supreme Pizza $23.50
They charge restaurant prices but they expect you to do all the work, from go and get the menus, take them back and order at the counter.
The best of all is, when I asked for a Supreme pizza with lots of garlic I was told that they do not have garlic for the pizza, but they said that if wanted garlic I could have a pizza with garlic and cheese however they do not do Supreme pizza with garlic.
Priceless. Absolutely bull.

The worst meal I've ever had! I don't know what went wrong in the kitchen, but my chicken salad must have been forgotten as my dining companion had nearly finished her very poor steak sandwich (not steak, but mince on cheap white toast) and I had to go and ask, then wait, for mine. I'd asked for the mango mayonnaise on the side, thank goodness, because it tasted like fish...dry salad leaves from a packet and a few tiny tomatoes...a couple of tiny strips of chicken. When I took the Mayo back and asked for salad dressing I was given white vinegar, then sweet chilli sauce as no one could find any dressing, even though my companion had plenty on her salad. By then the fish had made me nauseous...altogether disgusting.

Have done major renovations looking bright and clean. Had Lamb roast for lunch was very disappointed, Lamb overcooked and dry, pumpkin raw in the centre, potatoes tasted reheated mixed greens were good. Have had this problem before here. Will not be eating here again in a hurry. Staff very helpful and obliging.

We are regular members of this club, lunch and raffles most weekends. Coffee excellent, staff friendly and helpful but becoming very disappointed with bistro food. Costs have gone up but quality not there. My husband had to send back his steak, so underdone he couldn't cut or eat it and did not feel good about the experience of returning to the kitchen. Last week steak did not even cover the toast on steak sandwich.Dry and very ordinary. As pensioners, an expensive and disappointing experience.

The most amazing fish tacos and tapas. The sauce packed a punch and the slaw gave me crunch while the peppery after taste from the fish left me wanting more. This dish elevated my dining experience.

Good club and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Nice food and a great place to have a bet and watch the league.

Lovely staff who were so attentive to our needs while using the upstairs function room and outdoor veranda. The catering was excellent and plentiful.
