Very nice, clean and pleasant venue. Excellent meals. Staff are also nice.

Service (both bar & table) prompt, very friendly and welcoming.
Venue had sickening smell of synthetic air 'freshener' from front door onwards - which killed appetite and taste buds pretty quickly. If they must use something, an odour neutraliser or essential oil like lemon grass would work better, in my view. A bit like thinking deodorant or perfume kills BO smell ... it doesn't.
All in all, ok. But we probably would have liked to stay longer, and would not rush back.

Outstanding. Wait staff are brilliant very friendly and the chef even comes out and recommends meals and talks to you about the meals he cooks also very friendly. Meals were fabulous. We went there for a Medium event and thought we would book for tea. So glad we did. We can't praise the 2 ladies and young man who waited on us enough, their customer service is excellent. Also the chef for his friendliness when he came over to our table when we were trying to decide what to order. Will be definitely going back for tea again. Would love to give 10 🌟 🌟

I am raising concerns about the accessibility of the disabled signage on the toilet doors at the Traralgon RSL. The current sign is only a sticker and not a raised tactile sign, making it difficult for people who are blind or vision impaired to identify which toilets to use. I have approached the staff members multiple times about this issue, but nothing has been done over a long period of time.

These signs are not very costly to purchase, and it is a simple fix that would greatly enhance accessibility for all patrons. I don't want to have to go to the Human Rights Commission over such a simple issue that can be rectified.
