My Husband And Myself Had A Lovely Lunch Special Last Tuesday We Were Very Happy With The Meal And The Price Highly Recomended

Sorry guys, but to be honest tonight I had the worst Mixed Grill anyone could ever have.
The scotch fillet, lamb chop and the chicken were tasteless and tough. I would guess the meat was cooked in a mild hot frypan with some kind of cheap veg oil and not cooked over a very hot coal grill which explains the lack of flavour. I will not be returning.

45 of us were on a long weekend at Rathmines and had to fill in a couple of hours before check in, so the Wangi District Workers Club was our stop for lunch. We started lining up at 11:30 to order a meal and were all fed and satisfied 12:15. What great service and the food was top deck. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the club was very pleasant and the views of Wangi Wangi Bay were first class. I would recommend this club to anyone whether staying in the area or just passing through.

This is an excellent venue for our motor cycle club morning tea. Great selection of food and snacks. Fair prices and friendly staff.

Rude staff and tasteless food. The employee with the short blonde hair is not the best person to deal with the public. I will not be returning and will do my best to discourage others from going. First time I felt disrespected in a club in Australia. I left my number in the suggestion box in case they want to call me and are genuinely interested in understanding what happened and correcting it. A formal apology from the employee who implied I was lying would be appropriate.

We have a group booking of 8 every Monday and always there is hardly any cakes etc to eat. Poor service. Need to make sure they have cakes, we were there Sunday as a couple and plenty of choice. People need same choice everyday of the week.

Food was very tasty and very good value especially the $$11.50 two course lunch , soup and a main course . Good selection of dishes both Asian and club favourites. Nice and relaxed looking out over the lake . We will be more regular visitors.

For plant based diners: I found the vegetable Asian stir fry with cashew sauce is absolutely delicious- order with a side of rice.

Nice bistro, lots of seating , reasonably priced.

Attended a wedding on Saturday 12/03. The care & attention shown by staff for the decorating was heartwarming. The finger food was delicious. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly. No issue with parking. Entry was so easy for those who had spent Ian requirements.

Best short soup and chicken satay sticks, and the staff at Bar are wonderful and very welcoming

We were struggling to find a place to eat out that wasn't all deep fried and no healthy options for the kids. This is the best place for great tasting, though massively sized meals, with loads of fresh veggies in Wangi.

2 types of fresh veggies bowls to go with the mains, though even the mains seemed to come loaded with lots of greens.

Great value, solid selection. We could have easily shared some of the meals.

With a relaxing view, a bet on a grey or longshot, a cider & a 20 in the pokies makes a nice afternoon ?

Great view just to sit and watch the boats on the lake

A great little club with fantastic view of the lake from eatery. Great art and craft festival on today. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit there with the grandchildren.

Food is reasonably priced and good view of the lake.

Nice outlook over the water but dont expect much with the food. Wife had overcooked chicken schnitzel was dry and a salad like you get in economy class on a plane and my omelette was like glug.

Been to wangi workers for lunch on several occasions with zero issues and really enjoyed the food then we go there for dinner during a busy period and the food and service was nothing short of disgraceful. Iam so disappointed will no longer going there for lunch and will recommend other people do the same
