Staff were unprepared, untrained,
Uneducated, and bored!
Customer service needs MAJOR ATTENTION!!
& adjusting. Focusing on;
Empathetic & caring attitudes towards ALL customers,
Whether; -/+
male/female,
Old/ Young,
Black/White
Religious belief etc. ETC..
I've been a member of this club, for 25 years now. And seen plenty of other club's in NSW/QLD and what the others have to offer. Value for money wise.
(Food/drink/beverages/service/ care factor/ empathetic staff/ able to communicate effectively/ have staff dedicated to the elderly and lonely population whom built this club to begin with.)
It was our ancestors, whom built Australia.
Aussies BUILT Aussie, just remember that, you rich snobs!
Our broke grandma's and grandpa's, drank and spent ALL our INHERITANCE There.....
