Benjamin, Hayden, and Jake gave me outstanding service. My perfect time at Wests started when I walked in and was greeted with a beautiful smile by Benjamin at the front desk. I then sat down and was approached by a kind hearted Hayden who asked if I needed anything at all and it made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. After winning several dollars on the pokies, Jake then proceeded to give me money and congratulated me on my winnings at the cash box and said I was more than welcome back anytime! Overall my experiences at West Leagues Club was the best experience I have ever had at any club in Sydney. All three staff should be congratulated on there customer service. They have made me appreciate the glory of the Franchise!

Lack of consistency in the Bistro.Sometimes meals are lovely and at other times really awful.Lunch time on Thursday it took 40 minutes wait time for easy dishes this week.This seems to be the norm lately. There needs to be Security on all parking entrances and Membership card should be shown for parking as to have to park right up the top if there is something happening on the grounds and no lift for disabled Members from that level and having to safely get down the ramp is a serious concern. Very disappointing as we go at least twice a week for lunch.Hope that the Board will consider this.

As local clubs go, it's good.

Good staff and venue is popular.

Average food, however the price is reasonable. Several food options to chose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Had lunch with friends. Food was good. For whatever reason, there was a long wait for coffee. I found out that the open car park in front of club was a public one and not belonging to the club. The clubs multi level car park is located on the opposite side of the club. I will have to use that one next time I visit.

Last night. We ordered 5 Tbone steaks on the hot stone, one of them was off and stank, 5 of us tried the steak and agrreed it was off and stunk, next table lady also had the same issue, they gave her a new one and it was still off, this time she refused to eat. Next to her table also said the same thing. 3 tables had the same problem, when we told the supervisor and the chef they just shrugged their shoulders and said their steaks still fresh coz of the use by date was not over yet. We asked them to taste the steak for themselves but they refused. If the steak was within the use by date, clearly it wasn't kept properly. That was terrible kitchen. Not going back and not recommended.

Modern air conditioned premises with variety of food places within, with reasonably priced lunch specials, stone grill and gelato on offer.
Evening raffles very popular, with over 120,000 numbers sold for technology raffle they had last week ($20 gets an extra $10 worth of tickets).
Staff all appear to be very happy, friendly and helpful, which is nice to see and creates a more relaxing environment for guests.
