Had lunch with friends. Food was good. For whatever reason, there was a long wait for coffee. I found out that the open car park in front of club was a public one and not belonging to the club. The clubs multi level car park is located on the opposite side of the club. I will have to use that one next time I visit.

Last night. We ordered 5 Tbone steaks on the hot stone, one of them was off and stank, 5 of us tried the steak and agrreed it was off and stunk, next table lady also had the same issue, they gave her a new one and it was still off, this time she refused to eat. Next to her table also said the same thing. 3 tables had the same problem, when we told the supervisor and the chef they just shrugged their shoulders and said their steaks still fresh coz of the use by date was not over yet. We asked them to taste the steak for themselves but they refused. If the steak was within the use by date, clearly it wasn't kept properly. That was terrible kitchen. Not going back and not recommended.

Stopped in here with the intent of having a few drinks and dinner on a Friday night.
The bistro's look great, and the main bar areas are superb. However, the place really lacks atmosphere. Given it was pretty early still (6pm), there was almost no one in the place except for us, the cleaners, and maybe 20 other people. The bar staff looked bored to death. In the end we opted for Macarthur Tavern who had music playing by 7pm and a few more people to add to the ambience.

My go-to for a meal with the kids. It's especially good when you have boys to feed. Prices are great, food is good. Also a great place on a Friday for a girls night when cocktails are $10!

Went here for my 21st last night ended up handing both my & my partner's memberships in won't be back again spent a lot of money just to be spoken to like trash from the male manager & security. Horrible experience, nice bar staff. We had a couple drinks night was going well we were quiet and respectful Bouncer had an attitude towards my partner (Who was not even remotely intoxicated) told him that was his last drink then he had to leave couldn't state why at all until the very rude manager came over and started talking to him like he was 2. We went there a while an ago my partner was passed out drunk on the machine couldn't walk I had help him out to the car and THEY were still serving him alcohol! They obviously have something mixed up.

And on top of that you pay so much money to have dinner there that you have to force yourself to eat because they won't let you take food home.

While waiting I ordered a large fresh OJ for $8.50. When they went to make it they realised they didn't have oranges, the. The lady offered me bottle juice as an alternative- I requested a refund instead- she then went to refund me $5.50 and when I challenged her on the price made a fuss, eventually refunding me the correct amount.

The kids meals of the family members with us also came out after the other diners had waited. They lost a coffee order of my 80 year old mother then challenged her in the order she made (large) and made her pay another 70 cents before they would make her coffee that they lost and had taken 20 minutes to eventually make.

It has great surroundings and atmosphere, but it seems like there are some issues with staffing and training of customer service. I would suggest finding another place for a better experience.

Solid club food. Lots of different restaurants to choose from. You can order from one area like "the kitchen" and eat it in another area so it's flexible. The hub (cafe) area is nice and bright and without a view of the pokies. Service is fast. Place is clean. Servings are generous and good value. I can't fault the place, I liked it and it was a reasonable and cheap option.

Reception area is nice, facilities are new and well maintained, and during the day the hub area was bright and inviting.

I just don't give it 4+ stars cause the menu doesn't match fancier/more expensive/speciality places I've eaten at (but i wouldn't expect that from a club!). It's solid club food, good quality and at a good price. If I was only rating clubs I'd give it a 5.

Joined the club today. All staff especially Leesa, Annette,Eddy and Hope. Provided outstanding service. The meals are large in size. Very reasonably priced. Club is located near public transport. Also huge carpark as well. Will call again. Worth 1000 stars

Always has entertainment. Dj's, live bands. I love the cocktail list, it's reasonably priced and the dance floor in the bamboo lounge. It's great that it's separated from the pokie machine area.

The Food is not the best. I've never had a great meal here.

Staff very friendly upon arrival. The club is beautifully located next to small shopping strip, Train station and local football stadium. The coffee shop is very spacious and clean. Phone charging available. Food very tasty. Highly recommended. Worth 1,000 stars.

Dined in the bistro last night. One of the worst meals I've ever been given. Food presentation was non existent. Roast ham and turkey thrown on the plate, no green vegetables and apple sauce on the side. Never heard of apple sauce with turkey or ham. The meat was dry and tasteless. My friends pasta special of tortellini was dry with hardly any sauce. My other friends pizza was not cooked through in the middle and the onion topping was still raw. Won't be eating there again any time soon.

Well, this is our local club, this is the best place to be in Southwest! Surely they serve best food and cocktails in greater MacArthur area.

We went for a late lunch and it was a dining experience to remember. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great ambience. Will be returning soon for another lunch date.

Friday night very busy. DJ good Cocktails took too long to make. Saturday night- band was absolutely awesome Acoustic Autograph was the name of band. Really great crowd. Extra star for the music and the staff/security. ??Venue room upstairs, was beautiful, staff were the best. Also security are the best.

My experience at Wests was absolutely outstanding once again. After my second experience in a few months, I was beyond proud of two particular staff members!

Madison and Gabrielle were optimise what a hospitality a staff member is. I was greeted with the biggest smile from them and they were so happy to help me find the Waratah Room within the club. They were so kind one of the lovely ladies even showed me where the room was. I felt so proud to be a member of Wests Leagues Club that I have taken the time to write this message in order for these two ladies to receive the credit they deserve!

First time here on Sunday. It is a nice, clean club with plenty of seating. Best to become a member as the prices are reduced quite a bit. Food is nice, a little pricey though I think. The club lists they are part of a healthy kids foundation, so I was a bit shocked to not see a healthy food option on the menu for children Other than that we had a good time and we will return

Benjamin, Hayden, and Jake gave me outstanding service. My perfect time at Wests started when I walked in and was greeted with a beautiful smile by Benjamin at the front desk. I then sat down and was approached by a kind hearted Hayden who asked if I needed anything at all and it made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. After winning several dollars on the pokies, Jake then proceeded to give me money and congratulated me on my winnings at the cash box and said I was more than welcome back anytime!

Overall my experiences at West Leagues Club was the best experience I have ever had at any club in Sydney. All three staff should be congratulated on there customer service. They have made me appreciate the glory of the Franchise!

Met up with some friends for coffee, greeted by very friendly staff, COVID minded. The ladies in the Cafe were excellent very polite great customer service, with a nice smile. Great coffee and cakes

The Hub is a nice place for a quiet lunch/brunch or coffee during the day.
