I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Wests Illawarra. I raised a dispute regarding a poker machine issue where $220 of my winnings were not credited due to the club manager resetting the major win. Despite providing clear video evidence showing how the machine's feature should have transferred the win to my credit, my concerns were dismissed.
The club offered me my $137 Level 3 Major Bonus, but this did not account for the missing $220 from the feature itself. I've been waiting for weeks to receive a proper resolution from the gaming team, but there's been no follow-up or clarity.
This is not how loyal members should be treated. I expected better accountability and customer service, especially when evidence is provided. My trust in Wests Illawarra has been seriously shaken by this experience.
