What a great night. First time I've been to see a show here and wasn't disappointed. Lovely showroom and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Went to the restaurant they have there and the chicken wings and garlic bread were great and at The Craft Cafe I got a lemon meringue sundae and a large pink donut

The pokeys do not pay at all. It's so maddening. Spend 50 dollars, get 4 features of free spins and win 0 dollars TOTAL? Like how do people want to come back? Food is good but pokey payout is the worst I've ever seen in 50 years

We had our granddaughters 4 th birthday dinner last night iv never been here before was was delighted with the staff they where all so friendly and helpful food was delicious especially the kids meals, amazing pizza and the club itself was beautiful we will definitely be back good value for money and nothing was too much for the wait staff.

Im a disability support worker and I attended this establishment tonight with a participant, the staff were so accomodating. She requires her food to be blended as she is required to consume a puree diet. They were more than happy to blend her meal for her and everyone was super friendly. Thankyou for making this an accessible place for her to eat. Not many restaurants in the Illawarra have agreed to blend food for her in the past. We really appreciate.

The best club in town. The membership 10bucks) in there gives you 2 free coffee and 2 soft drinks per day for 1 year. Free snooker and darts are also available for anyone. The smoking are which was a balcony, was nice and clean, which made our night fantastic, as a signature on the end.

Hi, i have only recently commenced frequenting your club as newly discovering your area. The food each visit has been superb when I ordered the schnitzel and the honey mustard chicken breast.

A draw card for us had also been the Karaoke. The team running it were cheerful and added to the fun vibe lifting the mood while eating our meal. We ended up staying for the Karaoke and were very impressed!! A great night!!

Girl taking orders was rude. The. We waited 45 mins for 2 x lunch specials when Only 13 people in the place dining. Food was terrible, my mums was burnt and came with salad when paid extra for vegetables. Absolutely appalling wood not recommend and definitely will not eat here again. Seems to be an ongoing issue with the bistro.

Most boring club I have ever been in. Zero entertainment. No music, no nice areas to sit outside. Gone down hill in a rapid way, even before covid.

Usual fare of food that we enjoyed for pub/club lunch but all these stars are 100% earnt by the sweetest waiter who we noticed was clearly struggling as the only person serving lots of people on a very busy Sunday. We send our love to the lovely young waiter covered in tattoos and piercings who made sure we got the drinks we ordered that were late. You're brilliant and we hope you get more help on your next shift. ??'-

Food quality is pretty good and service has improved since the last time I visited.
Drinks are priced reasonably, but this does feel a bit like Wollongong's casino.
Regardless, went to see a band which was a really good experience despite the fact that the upstairs room is in need of some of the modernisation they've put in for the gambling crowd downstairs.
It's a little too easy to see where the clubs priorities are unfortunately.
That said all the staff we interacted with were top notch. Efficient, courteous and welcoming.

My group visited together for the first time tonight and the service at the dessert bar was dreadful. The staff member could not have been more miserable and when our 5 desserts were delivered to the table, were all terrible. All 4 soft serves were half melted, apple pies and brownies were cold, tiny portions for $14. We ordered them because they're supposed to be warm desserts. What a waste of time. Won't be back.

We went for the Easter raffles. The raffle was great and the free face painting was awesome. But we had a table with 6 adults and only 1 adult enjoyed their meal. So would recommend for amenities and events but would definitely not recommend for food from the bistro.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch on my mum's 90th birthday in Artisan room with the entire family. Staff were really lovely. Space was great and we all loved the food. Thank you Wests!

Food is usually 50/50 here but this pizza was excellent ??'? The staff is usually friendly. On the plus side they have snooker tables and dart boards to keep you entertained all night!

Cocktail was excellent, food was a little lacking. We attended for a function recently and were just a bit disappointed with the offerings; a colleague and I had dietary requirements and received a pumpkin salad for entrees, and a pumpkin risotto for mains... the other guests at the table said their food was fine, just dry or over-cooked. Panacotta for dessert though was delicious!
We will return though and try one of the food outlets instead next time as I know how hard function food can be to get right.

Upon entering, I was greeted by a largely stingy hostess. I was trying to dine with my family, who entered just fine, but for whatever reason, she stopped me alone and profiled me. As the only black guy there, I was immediately met with a harsh attitude, opposing the friendly one presented to the rest of my family. After finally entering, and finding my table, we began to order. One of my family members is severely coeliac, so she ordered from the "gluten free" menu. Moments after paying, the waitress came over to inform us that it wasn't gluten free and they would have to pull together something else that may or may not have gluten cross contamination. Furthermore, our 6 person reservation was squeezed into an uncomfortable 4 person table.

This club has one restaurant and that one restaurant's food is over priced and horrible. No wonder the club was empty on a Saturday night.
They had already ran out of some things on the menu by 7pm. The lady taking orders didn't know what came with the chicken dish that was on the specials board next to her.
We waited nearly an hour for our meals.
My husband's schnitzel was cold, the chicken dish from the specials board was served in a bowl of oil and my side serve of vegetables came out after I had nearly finished my meal.
We won't be going back there again!

Was great before renovating sadly may look nicer physically but it really isn't. The most ruthless pokies unhelpful staff and rude. Unless a sign states it most machines pay tickets not wandering around looking for a stupid card to load it onto while someone has probably stole your machine and credits in the meantime

Got a burger from the brisket stand and it was cold. Ordered a Sunday from the desert bar and it was liquid icecream with cream on top. Either fix your icecream machine or don't serve it. Only giving 2 stars because the kids like the playground.

Th club and most of the staff are fine but there is a night staff named john who really needs to be trained and educated about treating people who come from different countries. That guy treats people very badly and thinks he is owner of the club. Tonight i went in and he argued to me and used swear words to me and my friend and when i stood up for myslef saying that wasn't right he told me "don't teach my job". He really needs to be taught how to talk to people, other than that guy the rest of the staff are pretty good and helps fine.

I wasn't impressed. There was basically no meat on my hamburger. It was so thin it just crumbled when I tried to bite it. The piece of chocolate cake I ordered was very dry & it tasted stale. I've now got second thoughts on returning. Not happy

When you come here regularly, you get tired of the same old lunch specials. They really need to change this every so often. The cafe is very disappointing too, they could do with a better range of cakes. Their coffee is delicious and the staff are friendly.

I use to come here to get a haircut as the price was not too bad, also not to mention it was easy to stop here and place and or cash in the ticket for the Melbourne Cup(which is the only time I place a bet) as it was easy to quickly park, go in and do what needs to be done.

But now you "HAVE" to be a member to join if you live near by.
This was never a problem before, it was only after Covid.

A good venue only went to eatery food was good a simple menu and was a little noisy but still worth the money
