Great place to meet friends & catch up.spent about 4 hours .Great variety of food in bistro all delicious, well presented and desserts yummy 😋

We are 70 year old folk, booked into the Executive motel, cost over $300. We were escorted out of the club because we were too loud ! Not intoxicated, just enjoying others company. We had driven from SA for a funeral and wanted to stay where we could have dinner and drinks without driving. So sad that elderly folk can't enjoy ourselves without language, just old fashioned banter. Young staff ust don't understand! So much fun ruined for no reason. !!!

Held my Mother's 80th birthday here. We bought the cake but the amazing and wonderful stuff looked after us wonderfully. Meals are affordable for pensioners and a great location for the family to meet.
The staff were so friendly and polite, so helpful. Well done West Leagues. Mum loved it.

You don't have book menus available at the bistro so you have to go up stand in line then turn your head in a different area before ordering if you remember what to get. Such an amateur embarrassing system. Print some menus to put at the tables I'm sure you can afford it given your poker machine profit every day. Also fair warning the chicken burger isn't real chicken, it's a processed patty like a giant nugget. Absolutely disgusting

Had lunch at the bistro on Friday 30-8 and ordered the battered fish and chips and the fish was inedible not cooked properly which was a gooey sticky mess under the slightly crisp outside. Not up to scratch.

We really enjoyed our meals at West's. The steak was cooked perfectly, the entrees were bigger then expected and delicious! The waiters and staff were welcoming. We will definitely be going back some time!

Best to avoid this place and any of its other clubs that it owns. Mother's Day was a complete and utter shambles with no co-ordination with the staff and eateries. They know that the day was going to be busy, yet everything was so unorganised. Management you need to take a good look at yourselves. How dare you treat people this way. Shame to you all. All you care about is grabbing money as fast and as much as you can, and the poker machines, don't even get me started on those money makers for the club. What happened to other things you could do in the club like play pool or snooker. Oh yeah I forgot, they don't have the capacity to make money like the poker machines. Management you should be disgusted with yourselves.

We spent the Afternoon there yesterday, and were less than impressed with the constant Cigarette Smoke wafting into the Bar and Lounge areas...?
I thought all Smoking within Pubs and Clubs had ceased ? 0/10 ❌

We did thoroughly enjoy a scrumptious Meal up in the Bistro Area of the Club though ? 10/10 ✅

Used to be the best club meal experience in the Hunter. Mexican, burger joint, Asian and a busy bistro where you could see the food in front of you, and see your plate piled high as you chose what you wanted. Since COVID has just become another beige pub meal.....colourless, no fun atmosphere and a 20-30% increase in prices of course. Good, but nothing like it was.
