I had lunch at Newcastle West today. The Blackened Rib steak was melt-in-your-mouth yum. Chips and salad were great too.

What a great experience we had tonight. Dinner was great value for money. The service was great, we didn't have to wait very long for our meals and we got free parking when spending $20. Definitely recommend.

Staying at the motel and have spent a fair bit of time her over the last few days. Food is good. Great quality and potions and a reasonable price. Bar super expensive $4.80 for a can of coke.

I went tonight to have a special dinner with my brother as I live interstate & don't get to catch up often but we were so disappointed with the food as the garlic bread was burnt and dry and no butter on it. The cauliflower pieces had black parts on them and all the vegetables were still hard and could be barely cut let alone eat them. I went to politely explain to one of the chefs the issues and he was very rude. So I then spoke to a lovely lady who sorted the problem out and I really appreciated that. Thanks so much

Staff were amazing. We were there over Easter on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for both dinner and drinks and Sunday we were in and out from the afternoon and back at night.
Service was amazing everytime and our group was happy to come back every day.
Food service at the bistro was great.
They catered well for large groups. Manager was awesome when I advised him how many people would potentially just rock up for drinks on the Sunday night, he ensured he had enough staff and they did an amazing job at serving a few hundred people until 2am.
We will be back in town for the next contest in June and look forward to visiting again.

Wanted to take advantage of happy hour $4 drinks and mistakenly assumed it applied to all tap beers. Not so. Wish they would make it clear. Ordered a superdry and charged full price. Not HAPPY.
