This place is a great spot to play a round. Price is very reasonable we play for $40 midweek (18 holes including a kart and beer). Course is always well maintained (it's not a PGA course but gets the job done). Timing is good never really has an issue around pace here which is nice. There are some nice varying length par 3's in there as well as some longer par 4's and a couple par 5's. Hole 7 is the best hole on the course (par 3 over water onto a tight green - photo attached). Overall the staff are really nice and the clubhouse deck looks back over holes 1, 10, and 18 is a top notch view to enjoy your beer after the round. The only thing I could critique is that they have always run out of pies when I get there so maybe stock up. I believe they are Villies pies too (the best sloppy golf pies in town).

Considering the flooding the Club has had to endure these last couple of years, the Lads at Windsor Golf Club have worked a miracle. It is a very pleasant place that will never compete with the big wealthy clubs. My wife and I enjoy our golf there as it is doable, not too hilly and a pleasant walk with places to take a break. The 19th hole is pleasant with a nice bunch of players enjoying a drink or a snack. The locals love it and so do the visitors like me.

A challenging course.
Small greens, narrow fairways. Playing partners were some of the nicest people I've ever met and are a credit to the club.

I was made to feel very welcome. The round in a comp on a Saturday with a cart was $67😀

We used to play here a lot 2 years ago. The difference now compared to then is amazing. Consistent and fast greens, fantastic staff, and the same old intriguing course layout. /Par
