Great way to slow down and stay put for a few days. 3 different golf courses to experience, croquet, bowls and a large club which has a cinema .

Had a meal on the dining room, My husbands Parmijana was just like warm ,he had to send that back.and got another hot meal, my snapper fillets were lovely on top but cool and dry on the bottom too late to.complain chips were just warm too Unfortunately for us it was members draw night and the persons on the Mike were very loud much worse when in the gaming room Perhaps when we arrived and realised we had booked the wrong venue, we should have called it quits then ..Sorry no more !

What a great getaway golf trip! Beautiful courses and the club facilities, meals and happy hour were the best. Great value, great staff and great food!

A lovely resort with excellent facilities. Our double suite had everything you need for an overnight stay or longer. There's a very comfy king-sized bed, a well-appointed kitchenette, comfortable twin lounge chairs, a desk, a table with two chairs as well as a balcony overlooking the well-tended grounds and a large spa bath. It's situated a little out of town in a quiet area and the suites are obviously soundproofed as we didn't hear a thing during our stay.
The accommodation manager was very helpful too, so we can't fault anything.

Dined here for Sunday Kids eat free and the meals were terrible.
We have tried about three times to be able to support local clubs but we're done. They need to seriously look at what their serving and see its not okay to send this food out!!!!

I attended the golf club with my fiancè prior to watching a movie. I called earlier in the day to check times for the raffle was told they are sold from 5pm and will be drawn at 630pm I thought I had missed the raffle. However, on arrival found out they draw at 7pm so got some raffles and went to the bar where I requested a cocktail menu my server Will asked his duty manager Katrina who stated "that it is too busy don't bother about it" this is extremely poor management I am a paying customer. Will managed to find the menu and made me one of the best margarita's I've had. Thank you Will for the fabulous service you should be promoted. Although unfortunately due to the lack of care for paying customers by management I will not be returning to the club.

Excellent rooms, we were able to get our rooms at 11am which was a great help. Golf course is amazing and the breakfast each morning was very very good and much better than I was expecting. Highly recommend.

Great location. Very impressive facility. I've marked this down because of the bar/restaurant. Don't get me wrong- we need to provide employment and opportunities for young people. But, hey management- here's the thing: you have to train these people. First asked for a glass of Prosecco and the young man started rummaging through all the bottles of white and red wine on the counter until I pointed out that it would be in the fridge. Next round I ordered a glass of red wine and a different young man started rummaging around in the fridge. Basically, they had no idea. Went into the restaurant and ordered Asian pork ribs. After a fairly long wait was given Asian chicken. It was replaced but nothing inspiring.

The service was outstanding and the food was also outstanding! We got told straight up that it was a busy night (470+) and that it was going to be a 60 minute wait. We really appreciated the honesty and it worked out well because we spaced out our drinks and a couple of Keno games. The pork roast was soft and the snapper was so fresh! Oh! And the broccoli soup OMG devine! My partner never eats broccoli!!! The atmosphere was also great! Highly recommended!!

Came to the golf club to have lunch and go to the movies. Found out too late the bistro was closed, but the snack bar was open. I had a bowl of the thickest home made pumpkin soup that was almost as good as mine. The hubby had a toasted foccacia, both lunches were good. We then went to the theatre to watch Mission Impossible and were most surprised to find goldclass type seating with leather recliner chairs and big armrests with snack tables. So comfortable, if the movie hadn't been edge of your seat most of the time, you'd be in danger of falling asleep, it was so comfortable. Would we go again for this experience, yes, most definitely. It will be the first thing we check out next time we're visiting Yarrawonga. ?

I haven't stayed here, but as a keen golfer l recently played the "Murray Course" here on 2 separate days, rated 46 best public access course in Australia, l rate it up with Royal Melbourne, Kingston Health and Commonwealth Golf Course l've played. With big separation between fairways, beautiful Murray Red Gums setting, plenty of Kangaroos, Kookaburra's and other native wildlife everywhere. The Clubhouse in also in a beautiful setting, this complex is the biggest golf complex in the Southern Hemisphere with 45 holes of golf, 2 lawn bowls rinks and tennis courts and wellness centre. Meals are very reasonable priced here and drinks, a schooner of Carlton Draft was only $7. Yearly social membership is $15 and 6 day golf membership is only $360 per year, a bargain by Melbourne Standards.

What a fantastic facility for Yarrawonga/ Mulwala. The staff were amazing, the cinema was beautiful and the service was warm and friendly. Highly recommend a visit to this great club.

Very good courses the club facilities are also very good. The room had single beds only which was the only downside. Otherwise fantastic.

Went here for the very first time for dinner, won't rush back. Meal was slow to arrive and $40.50 for a tough overcooked steak, handful of lettuce, 2 cubes of cheese and two of the thinnest wedges of tomato I have ever had in my life. Husband's snapper was dry and tasteless. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to it.

We played a golf competition at the Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club- Murray Course.
The course was in very good condition considering that where there was heavy rainfall last night.
Fairways were firm and greens quick and ball rolled well.
The pro shop staff were very friendly and helpful, made the experience really nice. The bar and restaurant section were very clean and had great views of the course.
Highly recommend this place to play a game of golf and enjoy a drink afterwards.

Nice Cinema, very comfortable, lots of room, treats were all very good thank you.

Played 18 holes at the Lakes Course. Not very engaged with people at Pro Shop, they're not very friendly either. Course itself is in OK condition. The layout of the course is decent, with a few interesting holes to keep things engaging, particularly a couple of holes on the back 9. However, there's nothing particularly unique or memorable about the design.

Sorry, very disappointing. Room was full of insects, no soap in bathroom, carpet very old and dirty, musty smell.
I understand that you get what you pay for but discusting. Not going back to stay.
Bistro was lovely and got lucky at the pokies.

I was trying to gef my luck by going go show to play a nine holes only. They gave me a chance to try the Executive 9 hole course. I was a very compact lay out amidst their Lake and Murray course, tho without loosing the fun and challenging course. Staff are awesome, very helpful. The facility within the resort are amazing, restaurant worth to visit, even they have the cinema as well a very complete facility for a family holiday.

Probably the worst food I've had for a long time. Went for lunch and was very disappointed. Apparently gnocci is just mashed potato shaped into squares! I'm sure the slow roasted lamb was yesterday's roast microwaved today. Chef had no interest in any feedback. Will never come back.

Great location, suggest you pay a little more and not stay in the cabins which are tired and due to be relaced. Small spider issue in the rooms due to ?? A heap of spray helped. Staff extremely nice and helpful.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed the large rooms and great bistro on site. Our latest visit was a little dissapointing. Check in staff were very nice but, firstly, card to enter room didn't work, then we booked table for dinner and breakfast, only to find out that neither had been booked. Also, there were no bath towels in our room. Not the service we expected.

Great place been going there for over 30 years. Current group 16 of us had a 25th anniversary trip this year. A very small priblem some staff need training in the art of pouring a beer. No head and flat beer does not make happy visitors . Chers to all.

What a great facility. Played the Murray Course. Super fast greens, in fantastic condition. A credit to the superintendents/ground staff. I'll be back soon to play the rest of the 45 holes. A lot of extra water around, which made for an added challenge.

Been here many times, most recently just a few days ago. From a golf perspective, both the Murray and Lakes courses are excellent. Challenging. Good condition. Nice layout. Greens were brilliant. Well don't to all concerned.

Hotel rooms are fine. Large. Better than what you would expect for the price point. Food is classic RSL bistro fare. Don't expect pate de foie gras, and probably avoid the steak. What do you honestly think is going to be the result of ordering the $16 porterhouse?? Was more like porterhorse!! Breakfast good. Roast beef roll was a banger. Amazing chips and gravy was quality.

Bistro ordering was overly congested with only one person manning the register. Took quite a while to order. Could be done a lot better. On the flip side, the food came out pretty quickly.

My knock is the 'customer service', or lack thereof. Some of the staff need training about how to redirect 'paying customers' that may not be familiar with golf club rules. Perfect example is the 'hat-in-the-clubhouse' issue. I have no problem with the rules, they are completely appropriate. But to bark at your customers is poor form and easily avoided with a tiny modicum of thoughtfulness and effort. [pleasantly] 'Just a reminder gents about hats off in the clubhouse' [smiles/winks/thumbs up]. Or how about some signage?? But just remember, we the paying visitors, are pretty important to the sustainability of the business. Try a little harder.

Great conference facility, fabulous amenities, helpful staff. I love the well-manicured and lush lawn of the golf course. The catering service during the conference is generous. After the conference, we had dinner and the food we ordered has good serving size. The main meals are yummy and the desserts are excellent. Not full rating because the cabin accommodation, although clean and tidy, is already showing its age. The paints are already cracking and the aircon/heater is now very noisy.

A decent 45 holes course?
Tennis court, bbq facilities and outdoor pool.
The rooms were very spacious and reasonably priced.
The restaurant is far below average and has very poor breakfast options.

Stayed here for the two day stay and pay package. Had a really great time and looking forward to going back. The club has a large bistro with great food, even a movie theatre. But it was the golf I went for and with 45 holes there are enough options. Played all the courses and really loved it, the Murray course was pretty long so we were glad we got a cart. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation we had was self contained which was nice as the course is close to town and its easy to grab the essential. Will definately be going back!

Didn't want to leave! Such a classy place with super chatty and friendly staff. The food in the bistro was exactly what we needed, the gym nearby was top class with very friendly trainers and receptionists. Our rooms were really nice and neat, with great views of the golf course. In a handy location, it's very easy to get to Yarrawonga, as well as heading elsewhere such as Beechworth and Rutherglen.

Had a great meal here with family and friends, there is a play room for the kids, the food is good and well priced, overall a great experience.

Just love this place, food great, rooms great, staff great...how lucky we are in this country to have places like this to visit.

Evan in pro shop was amazing. Made sure that we played course without too many holdups. Drink cart was a saviour.

A nice place to play golf and any of their other activities. Their lounge, lunch and movies are good too. What makes staying over there impossible is the face that their Wifi connection and internet access are shocking!... Almost impossible, in fact! There is no way one can have a Zoom meeting, watch something on YouTube or anything like that! Such a beauty there's days!
The golf course is good, very open and ready to enjoy.

Came down for a long weekend. Great resort set up and very reasonably priced. All decent courses, but the Murray course in particular is sensational, although it was hard to get on even though we booked well in advance. The food in the dining room was top notch. The bar gets a bit quiet later on, so highly recommend the courtesy bus to the ski club or other local haunts.

Absolutely loved this place, golf, club house, resort etc. I'm hoping to be back again some day. Will recommend our other golfing friends to come up to Yarrawonga and play here.

Was here for a bowls tournament. So only used the bar & restaurant. Set price for breakfast. Then you pick what you want. Coffee extra. Good food.

The cinema at this club is really lovely. Fantastic service, easy to book and such a comfortable experience in the cinema. I frequently go here, and am always looking forward to my next trip

Really nice golf course from what I saw. We went here for dinner. The place is quite spacious which is great. Definitely a place to take your family as there are games there for them to play. We had a pub meal. The food was okay. Quite pricey for what you get. Otherwise, a good night out for the family.
