Booked VIP booth through Velvet Saturday for my birthday two weeks ago. Evening was good until an extremely hostile manager named Kelly approached our table and yelled at us to vacate the premise immediately after accusing me of vomiting, claiming that she has CCTV footage of this occurrence. We asked the manager to bring this CCTV footage and she returned to our table with security and her IPAD which felt like an unnecessary escalation. After seeing the footage it was obvious that i slipped in a puddle of vomit that was already there previously ð?¤£ She refused to see reason and insisted that i vomited. I was very upset, but we eventually agreed that we can stay if I didn't have any further alcohol. Not long after, the security came to our table again, yelling at us to leave after accusing me of drinking alcohol. The bartender told him it was just a lemonade, but the security snatched my drink from my hand, sniffed it then gave it back to me. This is such an inappropriate behaviour, and after attempting to find manager Kelly to sort out this situation we were told to "Get away" from her. I left BLVD crying with my evening ruined. Don't get me wrong, the bartender and the girls were great. I only had issues with the MANAGER and SECURITY. sent a complaint email, NO APOLOGY or REFUND ð??? thanks to the bartender and the girls there for looking after með?¥ºð?'- anyways, save your ð?'°because you'll be paying a GRAND only to get kicked out in 1-2hr for false accusations xx

First time going and it was an awful experience. The manager was very unprofessional in their attitude towards a friend when dealing with a situation. Security are also incredibly rude and unprofessional. Snatching and smelling drinks (Covid?? Lol) due to FALSE accusations towards my friend from Kelly the manager.
Won't be recommending or going back!

I was very disappointed with the service here. I recommended this place for my friends birthday but there was a few drama with manager and security there being extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE towards my friend and the group. Firstly she accused the girl that she vomited and made a mess. Which wasn't true and she even brought a CCTV footage there were no evidence of it. Was advised by "Kelly"the manager that bday girl shouldn't consume any more alcohol if she wants to stay. She was sitting down, drinking soft drinks and security came up YELLING at her snatching the drink from her hand and SNIFFED the drink and took it to bartender- bartender advised its soft drink and gave the drink back and left - bartender apologised and brought the drink back for us. But how is this behaviour appropriate during this health crisis?? I feel very ashamed recommending this place. Does not recommend anyone going here. She hasn't gave us the refund or anything or reply to the email. Go elsewhere don't waste your night and money

Went there for my friends birthday with around15-20 people - manager Kelly and her security making the birthday girl cry for accusing her vomiting on floor. Was with her all night and told her she didn't but keeps accusing her and tried kicking the BIRTHDAY GIRL OUT. She probably spent loads for this birthday and she ruined it :) good on ya Kelly. GET A BETTER VENUE MANAGER

If i could give it less than 1 star i would...

I booked a VIP booth for my sisters birthday. Service from wait staff and bar service was good. But our evening was ruined by an extremely hostile and unprofessional manager (Kelly) and security who made false accusations about our groups behaviour and left us feeling unsafe.

I cannot recommend this venue despite the bar and wait staffs attempt at salvaging our evening. I have attempted to get into contact with the owner and have received no reply. Save your money and time and go somewhere else
