Seanchai Irish Pub

Ratings bas due to service mainly. The staff especially the waitress, the girls at the entrance and a bar tender on 8th June were rude and not friendly. Never ever going back. Need to be more polite and friendly to customers.

OK, there's a few mixed reviews here. The wife & I went here twice during the May Racing Carnival and thought the place was terrific. The girls behind the bar were tops, the open fires were blazing and from my point of view the Guinness was great. Being able to buy a pizza from Bojangles over the road fully suited us. The band on the Thursday was good and no charge to get in. What's not to like?

Place is awful. Would not recommend going here. Avoid if you're just trying to have a good time. I've had better times at mass. Would give a zero if possible. The security were out of order and unnecessarily rough. $15 entry is not worth it, music was terrible on all floors.

It was $15 entry and I was forcibly man handled and uncomfortably escorted by six security guards from the bathroom to the exit after only one drink. It's clear they monitor the bathrooms with cameras as they targeted me in particular saying I was too drunk?? The security staff exude a strange sense of superiority and seemed almost celebratory as they escorted me out. Maybe they have a quota?

It's embarrassing that they brand themselves as an Irish pub, the Guinness is BAD, it tastes like ash tray and "The Craic is NOT mighty". The atmosphere felt more like a chaotic teen disco than an Irish pub experience.

Being forced out was a blessing in disguise, I'm glad I didn't spend another penny in there.

I'd recommend you Go Literally Anywhere Else.
