First of all, the karaoke room wasn't even set up when we got there, none of the mics were connected, one of them didn't even have battery's in them, nor were we given any instructions. The music selection was so trash, you had to go into "foreign artists" to find mainstream western artists, but even those songs were far and few between. Even if you find a song you like, it's most likely a cover by some random bloke. The software of the karaoke machine was so outdated and had terrible userbility. There's a ridiculous $600 minimum on drinks, and the whole time they wouldn't stop pestering us to buy drinks. Like seriously, leave me alone with your dodgy business practices. We couldn't even get 2 spare mics in our room, like what, couldn't afford some more mics with the $600 drinks minimum? We left within the hour it was that bad, and still got charged a ridiculous 100 bucks. Staff were incompetent. You couldn't pay me to come back to this place 😀

Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
Venue is clean and welcoming.
Big diverse library of songs to choose from.
Definitely making this my come to place every weekend.

Awesome place for karaoke. Priced fairly and customer service is 10/10.

500$ per room if you don't have a booking? Bar looked empty af but they charge 500 at door for 4 people? Like bruh. They trying to run a business or is it just for show like who's gonna pay 500$ for a few hrs of just singing.

Great friendly service and staff not over priced as well...great place to chill out with your friends....
