Grand Final Day. The bar has gone to the effort of lots of balloons etc. Looks great. However, isn't showing the GF live. No free to air connection, and only has Foxtel. What an oversight. Got to the airport early to watch the game before my flight. What a waste of time.

I had missed two flights in a row so thought I would pop in for a beverage.
Feeling quite defeated I was greeted by the biggest smile from the bar man who I now know as Dharmin

When he was not serving he insured I was ok and made light funny conversation with me to lift my spirits.
I felt like he was an old lost friend. I also found him to be very professional and friendly to all the people that came in.
I applaud his approach and friendly approach.

A cool spot for footy lovers to hang out while waiting for check-in counters to open, or to have the first "airport beer" before starting the trip.

I ordered chips, toasties, and a couple of coffees. The they were good - nothing to complain about.

The experience was really awful, they just gave me a little red wine with 17 dollars! And the glass was totally wrong.

Ok.. so if you call yourself an "AFL" bar, one would assume that if you start watching a game you don't close the doors on the customers at half time !(approx 9pm) sure you might do that if your a normal pub but NOT if your an AFL BAR...... give yourselves another name for the love of God. Or at least rename your self to "Almost AFL Kitchen & Bar" or "HALF AFL BAR... sort of" you get the point of and of course your food prices are out of control. Give you two stars cause at least I watched HALF a game
