Great food parmi was delicious! Amazing service from Jade, she went above and beyond! Thank you to the Roo!

The room had an odd chemical odour.
Mold on the bathroom ceiling, pubic hairs on the walls, leaking basin.
Odd stains on the carpet that may have been vomit.
The food was average.
Do not recommend.

The Amaroo is absolutely disgusting. We have witnessed suspicious actions in the bathrooms which also has a history of SA, instead of being taken seriously, we just received a security guard telling us we had too much to drink and kicked us out. We are only writing this review for people to stay safe

Great place to overnight, neat tidy, awesome cheap meals. It even has a lift which was great because I was on level 3.

Re Bistro...after Covid, the Bistro appeared to have new management as although the prices were increased, the quality of the food improved tremendously. But we visited for lunch yesterday after a few months anbsence and the food has reverted once again to mediocre! Range of choice for lunch specials is depleted! Couldn't even get the favourite fish and chips or grilled salmon and salad! Typical fried food, overcooked and dried. I had the seafood combo..with chips and salad. The chips were ok but the seafood was terrible and the salad was even deader than the 'dead food people' covered with grated cheese and carrot to hide the wilted lettuce! The other meal we ordered was the roast of the day. Served on a small cold plate with meanest helping of overcooked vegetables!
Once more, we won't be returning for a while hoping the management will pick up its game yet again!!
