Archie Rose Distilling Co. - Pub in Rosebery New South Wales

Came here for their Whiskey tasting. Was worth every penny. Great drinks, great folks. Had the most wonderful time. Highly recommend if you love whiskey, gin and all that fun stuff.

Really cool gin distillery. Great drinks and cocktails. The food is great for sharing as well. Has a function area and also provides gin classes.
I also did the cocktail making course which was really good fun and informative.

Great tour and gin/whiskey tasting. The guide was knowledge and engaging. Really enjoyed it.

The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic.

Archie Rose is one of those places that just gets it right. Firstly it's not pretentious......The staff are super friendly and really know their stuff, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is spot on - relaxed but still feels special.

The drinks are next level. You can tell they take their craft seriously because everything is so well thought out and tastes incredible. If you're into spirits or cocktails, this place will blow your mind.

Definitely worth checking out, whether you're local or just passing through.

Spent my birthday at Sydney last weekend and had to drop by for dinner at the distillery of one of my two favourite Aussie gins being Archie Rose.
Upon arrival, the ambience and setting was a intimate feel and the hospitality by Trav set the night ahead. Ordered the Archie flight (A MUST), Wagyu cheese toastie, charcuterie, cheese board, pickled veggies and a couple of the Archie cocktails and Fred topped the night off with a custom made cocktail of my favorite notes.
I could not have experienced a more professional and friendly bunch of staff.
They made the night for me. The drinks, food and atmosphere was a bonus - Thanks to Trav, Fred and entire team for making my birthday dinner a memorable one. I appreciate the small things that speaks volumes - friendliness of the staff, and check out the Archie engraved ice cube ??'?🏻
