Aster Cocktail & Wine, Melbourne VIC

Brand New Bar in the neighborhood so we thought to give it a go and check what's going on there.....We went a bit earlier so it wasn't full but started filling up rapidly and what can I say!! Really pleasant and kind a cool place....Good music, Open fire, bricks & wood cladded interior, very nice staff, friendly and urban, Manuel was very informative and knowledgeable about products they are offering. Food was in limited range but what they had on offer was nicely presented and quite tasty I must say...also pared with good wine ....we had Grenache and Syrah
Overall, very pleasant evening and we will go there on a regular basis
We can recommend this place as one of the better ones and I think they are just getting started....watch out they will be one of the Melbourne 's best!!!

Imogen and Manny were amazing! Service was excellent, came after a horrible night and they made me and my friend feel super welcome and served fabulous drinks. Will be our go to spot for a quick drink.

Very cute place ... Don't forget to try the Japanese slipper .. ðŸ'Œ their food really good as well, especially the prawn brioche. It's good for nimble but not for a proper dinner

Absolutely love aster! Very cute date spot - the lobster roll is epic and so are the other snacks. Highly recommend the Japanese skipper - my favourite cocktail on the menu - also recommend trying the margarita, sherry or starward cocktails. Great team behind the bar too - hi Manny!
