The Good:
The setting, serenity and the concierge/manager/bar manager Kiera who literally seemed to have 4 jobs and was running from one area of the resort to the next. She is an amazing asset to this resort.
The rooms were spacious and updated. the shared common room was a bonus.
The Bad: No cash accepted. Lack of training for junior staff (Sat night) who weren't able to distinguish between a margarita, pina colada or a Sunrise. Chicken slightly undercooked and frozen/ice cold avocado added to Ceasar salad. Charged $20 pp for a buffet breakfast. No buffet, just food off the menu which was between $10 and $15. Coffee was extra.
The Ugly: Extremely slippery steep paths which urgently need pressure cleaning, without adequate lighting or a handrail they are an accident waiting to happen. Gym and sauna both closed. Room windows didn't close properly (it was winter) and our aircon didn't work. There was no one onsite to rectify this.
