Great central location and good value for money.The service is exceptional in all parts of the hotel. The reception people could with some extra help as all they seem to do is run for the customer. Even room service in the last two nights I had to go down to the bar and pick up what I wanted myself. It's not the staff they are still exceptional at their roles.

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Albury!
Very clean and comfortable rooms, bed and pillows were also very comfortable. All amenities present. Bathroom was also very nice with shampoo, conditioner and body wash also provided. The room and entire hotel was very clean.Great views from the fifth floor as well.

I also had breakfast at the restaurant every morning during my stay. The spread was simple but tasty and filling. Tip: book the breakfast the night before to avail the discount.

Hotel location is also very accessible. Plenty of restaurants available within short walking distance and also 5 minutes walk to West end plaza. But the street is quiet at night so no disturbance when you are sleeping.
Also offers free on site parking.

Stayed there Saturday evening- the customer service I received from Emily both over the phone and in person was second to none. The lobby area is beautiful-music is at the perfect volume and ambience is incredible. Will from now on be my go too hotel in Albury.

My family and I recently stayed at Atura Hotel in Albury for three nights, and our experience was overall positive. The first day's room service was excellent, but we encountered some missed cleaning on the second day. However, the prompt response and resolution from the staff were appreciated, leading to our satisfaction.

Despite a minor discrepancy regarding the room refrigerator (limited to a mini-bar), the hotel accommodated our request to use their kitchen refrigerator for our food. The 24-hour automatic check-in/out facilities were convenient, and the availability of customer service until 11 pm was notably impressive.

The central location in Albury CBD added to the overall appeal, making it a convenient choice for our family stay. Despite some initial hiccups, the responsive service and facilities contributed to a generally enjoyable experience at Atura Hotel.

We had room 401, yes it over looked the carpark. But being at the end of the hall was very quiet. Good size room with a decent size bathroom and awesome shower. Breakfast was extra but an awesome selection and tasty from hot to cold choices. The ladies were out of this world and made our stay even better
Location 100% central

It's really bad, dirty rooms, old gross decor. Honestly I felt itchy as soon as I entered the room. It's foul. A warm day but had to open the window as the air conditioning unit was full of dust and blowing dust everywhere! Atura shame on you. I paid top dollar here! $300 for one night which is fine if not for the above and the extremely smelly mattresses! They must have bought them from King Coil! Potent glue smell.

Character and Service makes ATURA Albury a great stay.
Just arrived from SYD and was made very welcomed by check in staff.
Now comfortable in a good spacious room and enjoying my pre ordered cheese platter,
a glass of wine....and the view ! ?
After a long drive this is the terrific combination.

Very bad experience. I stayed in Atura Albury in mid April. It was hot and the aircon in our hotel room kept switching off. I called the reception around 5-6 times and kept requesting them to switch it on. At midnight we were sweating so much that I had to go downstairs and ask the receptionist to change our room. He was not very helpful but on my insistence provided another room. So I had to wake up my child and move to a different floor with al the luggage. Very bad experience. Will never stay again and will advise everyone to pay a little more and stay at other hotels in Albury but never stay at Atura. At least they will have a good night sleep.

Good location, on the main street and walkable to the shops. The rooms are spacious. There's a conference room, bar and restaurant. Parking on-site is free to guests and easily accessible. Air con is controlled by calling reception. Mini fridge, TV and kettle. No toaster or microwave.

As always a fab stay. Convenient location for our needs, very friendly staff, nice rooms with fantastic mattresses on the beds. I also like that they give you a $10 credit if you choose not to have your room cleaned each day.

Friendly staff who were attentive and helpful. The room was also great, very comfortable. Convenient place to stay as you can take a stroll down Albury to see the amazing architecture. Chef knew how to cook a steak as well...

A great location, with working distance to Botanic Garden, Murray Art Museum and couple of nice restaurants. Buffet breakfast is good with hot food, drinks & fruits. Restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful; particularly the young boy working at Friday & Saturday morning is very polite and friendly; like their service! Room is basic, the king bed is made by two single beds, not very comfortable.

Great hotel in a great location. We booked two rooms for the night to trial the location for our large company, all be it a great location and competitive prices DO NOT EAT HERE, the food is disgusting and should not be for human consumption. Disappointing thought we had found a good place for our staff during their travels. LOOK ELSE WHERE IF YOUR HUNGRY.

Stayed there last night 09/04, such a warm welcome & greetings by the receptionist. Absolutely loved her customer service and she went above and beyond to help us. I would say she is absolutely gem and Atura hotel is very lucky to have a staff member like her. On the other hand- receptionist this morning around 10ish had a bad attitude and had zero customer service skills.

Friendly, courteous and helpful checkin process. Well appointed room with everything we needed for our stay, except for a freezer compartment in the fridge. Shower needs a revamp with a change of position of shower head, so that over spray doesn't continue to damage the wooden bathroom door?.

I stayed at the Atura with my husband and our two small children to break up the long Melbourne to Sydney drive. The hotel was absolutely fine. Check-in was quick and easy with a digital kiosk. Our room was clean and the sofa bed was made up for us. The beds were not the most comfortable - with mattresses a bit saggy and the queen was two singles joined together, but fine for one night. The pool was a highlight on a very hot day. The hotel is a very short walk away from the botanical gardens and cafes and restaurants. The staff were we interacted with were friendly. We would recommend.

The room was clean and beautiful! The kitchen staff and reception staff were amazing. They supported all hotel guests sooooooooooo well! There was a big car park, swimming pool,and nice bar area to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was yummy!

I've been staying here for years (pre-COVID). The hotel got remodelled a few years ago. Funky, but it works well. Rooms are still in great shape. Clean spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Good food options. Close to Albury town centre, yet very quiet.

Last visit I would have given the Atura a review though this time they added a popcake machine for pancake breakfast. Deserves 5 stars for sure.

Good value for the price. We stayed here on the way to Melbourne. The rating is based on the price approx ~ $170 a night.

We stayed in a king Deluxe. The room was spacious. The light switches are quirky. The room lighting was towards the dimmer end even when all the lights were on.

The mini bar items outside the fridge were dusty and this was the same with the provided coffee pods. Soo we opted not to use it.

The car park available at the back is very nice. It is outdoors.

The room was comfortable overall.

The room we stayed in at the Atura Albury was bigger than the average hotel room. A very convenient location if you want or need a stopover between Sydney and Melbourne. The hotel has been around for a long time and in some places it shows. Having said that this was our second visit here and the staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. They also price matched, so that was an added bonus. I do recommend staying at the Atura Albury.

Room was good tho we were miss informed about dinner as there was a wedding on the night we checked in. So it was too late to book a feed in town and ended up eating late after a long walk around town.
Breakfast was amazing just a shame on the dinner.

The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a really good size and very clean. Some good views over Albury. Only complaint is that the furniture in the rooms is very uncomfortable, both chairs and beds. After a long drive it makes it difficult to get a good rest. Makes the rooms ok for a short stay rather than long.

Good vibe if you want to socialise. My 3 star is only because I specified 'quiet' room & asked them not to accept the booking if they could not accommodate the request. Being placed in a room directly above the indoor/outdoor, music playing bar was unfathomable to me & not amended by them. Food from room service was good.

Nice and central, good sized rooms, pleasant staff ... always first choice for work trips here
