An unexpected gem of a hotel chosen as a halfway point on a road trip- we stayed there both on the way to and from our holiday. Service was great, room was a modern concrete-y sort of gorgeous (and QUIET), the buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool table and giant connect 4 game were fun. Great value for money!

We chose the Atura Hotel to celebrate our son's first birthday, and it was an excellent decision! The ambience was wonderful, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion. The cost was balanced and reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided.

The food, especially the non-vegetarian dishes, was outstanding. The flavors were spot-on, and the presentation was top-notch. We also loved the mocktails and cocktails - they were awesome and added a festive touch to the celebration.

Overall, our experience at Atura Hotel was fantastic, and we highly recommend it for any special event or celebration. Thank you for making our son's first birthday so memorable!

We stayed there for 1 night it was good , just find everything little overpriced. In the room there was a little fridge and inside the fridge there were some drinks, we thought that it would be complementary, as there were nothing that says any sort of price or anything that we have to pay. When we were checking out found that and paid for whatever we consumed( everything was overpriced) and now they have charged me for chocolate bar, chips, which wasn't even there. As I gave my credit details, so they are charging me , how much they want.

Middle of no where can't walk anywhere self check in yet looks a million dollars on the website. Staff when eating in were great overall if I didn't have to stay here I wouldn't have. Had 8-10yr old basketball teams there in what seemed like every room yelling and screaming running around like headless chooks. Banging on my door where are the so called people managing these kids ands it not seaworld family resort it's a hotel where business people stay etc. food was ok rooms were good but again the little things matter and in this instance they lose my vote of confidence.

If you're considering having your wedding reception at this venue, I highly recommend it. Lauren, the event coordinator, was absolutely fantastic. Her thorough communication throughout the entire process made us feel incredibly comfortable. She was flexible and attentive to our needs, making the entire process easy and stress-free. Her attention to detail was impeccable.

The wedding party ran a little bit late, roughly about 20 minutes, due to us having so much fun getting our professional photos and videos. But when I called to inform them, they easily adapted and kept our wedding guests happy, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The staff at the venue were lovely and very helpful, contributing to the fantastic night we had. If you want a stress-free wedding experience with reliable support, this is the place to go.

The venue itself has a wonderful atmosphere. While the wedding party was out getting photos, guests were able to enjoy a few drinks by the pool, adding to the aesthetically pleasing environment. The reception room was fantastic as well, and their recommendation of DJ/MC - Nathan from Bennett Productions was spot on.

Nathan was outstanding. His user-friendly app allowed the bride and groom to select songs for every moment, from the ceremony to the reception. They could even invite wedding guests to add songs to the list, which was fantastic.

The food was another highlight of the evening. Despite the common misconception about buffet food, theirs was of high quality, fresh, and deliciously warm. We were also delighted with the Mr. and Mrs. cocktails and the wristbands provided to keep tabs on everyone and the different bar tabs. Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, and we couldn't have asked for more.

Another Sydney hotel that was probably great in the younger years but is not as good as it should be. I assume the ownership changed somewhere along the way and is now run on minimum budget to maximise profits.

Check-in was swift and easy, and the staff very nice.

The room is fitted out fine, the bed comfortable, and has excellent soundproofing with quiet air conditioning. Unfortunately, someone previously spilt what looks like instant coffee powder on the carpet, and this is still there, and there's a stain on the sofa that is red in colour... hopefully, it's not blood!

There was a large cockroache next to the sink, I didn't realise this hotel was pet friendly. I'll assume it got carried by the previous guest and not a fault of the hotel.

Finally, the tiny drinks fridge is luke warm and has black mould inside. Nasty!

The coffee pod machines are a thing of the past, but there is a kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, and cutlery for self-serving of food, so that is welcomed. However, given the discovery of the kitchen "pet," I think I will use my own on this visit.

I'm not going to inspect the inside of the microwave too closely, but I'm sure it will be fine for popcorn ?

The restaurant and pool area are nice when there isn"t a conference on. I recommend calling the property ahead of time to see if they have any functions booked for the dates you're planning to stay and avoid if possible.

Acommodation is adequate for the right price. Just don't expect perfection or pay too much. If more attention was paid to cleaning and minor maintenance, this place would be 5 stars.

Just had drinks as the RCA was closed. Not a bad little spot. Relatively quiet as it was a Tuesday evening. Basic drinks range but nice, tidy, new seating near the pool.

I checked into this hotel on a work trip. It's isolated , so you can't just walk down the road to anything like a convenience store, supermarket or restaurants. The poolside bar area was pretty nice and the fish and chips from the restaurant was fantastic. The room itself was a disappointing contrast. There were no bright lights, so it was dim like a pokie den. It was mean to have a double bed, but there was a very obvious and uncomfortable line down the middle - two single beds put together to make a "double". As soon as I lay down, the sheets (which were too small for that configuration) came untucked, which made an already unpleasant situation worse.

I went down to reception to ask if they had any proper double beds and was told that they're all two singles put together to make one. They offered a room with two single beds, so I took that up, thinking the single would be better. Once again, the sheets barely fitted the mattress and came loose shortly after jumping into bed.

Two stars because ultimately it's a hotel and the accommodation is very much sub-par. If you're not staying at the hotel, it's a bit of a detour to go for a decent feed and a beer.

My wife and I stayed here 2 weeks in a row for 3 nights each time. We had an accessible room, with wider entry way and bathroom which allowed my wife to easily manoeuvre her large power wheel chair. The first stay in room 250, the bed was good. The second stay (in a different room) the bed was terrible. The next morning we asked to move to room 250, which was available luckily. Big self serve breakfast in the dining area each morning was outstanding. Dig in to scrambled eggs, bacon, chipolata sausages, hash browns, toast, cereals, juice and fruit. So pretty much everything to suit everyone. Dine in or get a tray and take your food back to your room. Microwave there to reheat it if necessary.
Function area was in demand with an event on each night we were there.
Outside pool area was inviting.
Bar area is cosy with an adequate amount of lounge or table and stool seating.
Free pool table and lounge area.
Service was friendly and efficient. Lift to levels 1 and 2 was adequate for my wife in her powered wheel chair and myself to fit in readily. Location is quiet and next to the drive-in cinema, entry was included in our stays. The only busy time I experienced was when the markets take over the drive in area and there were cars and people everywhere.

Great stay. Will be back. Service was great, the pool is fantastic and the rooms are nice and new with just the right amount of space. The bed is comfortable, and it's not too noisy even when busy downstairs. Only downsides - the food is quite expensive at the restaurant (although it is good), and the room was dusty, so it was obviously not cleaned properly. One lampshade had like a 2cm layer of dust! It was pretty offputting. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

I never had a issue with them up until one of there maids walked in whilst I had a do not disturb sign up. I complain to management about her walking in without permission. The maid then lied to them and said I had it facing the room service side. Which is a complete load of bull because I had it on do not disturb from the second I walked into the room . No ther person had a issue with it . Every time I called room service they all respected the sign apart from this one maid . Then they tried turning it all on me saying I'm smoking pot in there. I told them they can come in and inspect n that I didn't smoke pot in there I'd be one idiot to do it at a place with no windows. Fire brigades will be there within minutes . I told them 100% I smoke in the car but not in the room . Then after they had just extended my stay earlier that morning for another three nights they told me I had to leave . So I just left but I thought that ppl should just know about how I was treated

A pleasant surprise for a hotel convenient located west of Sydney and close to some major attractions like the Sydney zoo. Quiet even with the drive in cinema on in the evening which is a fun bonus for the kids to see. I would highly recommend this place.

Location was just down the road from a christening party we attended. Rooms were very clean and receptionist was very friendly! Pool looked lovely- but didn't use as it is winter. Hubby played pool with my 5 yo son in the morning before check out which he loved. He loved the old school car out the front! Rooms weren't the most well lit but good enough. Pillows were harder than usual and higher than usual- which suited me perfectly!!! Bed was very comfortable!!

Quirky retro hotel with industrial features. Different vibe between laid back youth hostel and boutique. Friendly staff, good bar, great buffet restaurant. Awful view, dark corridors and not the comfortable bed I'd wished for (very soft and two singles pushed together) but worth 4 stars for facilities

Rooms are clean and serviceable. Staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok. There weren't a lot of people eating but the bacon and sausage were stacked high so sitting under the lights for a while.
My biggest disappointment is the no cash policy. Would have had dinner and drinks here but no cash policy means I take my business elsewhere. I understand why some companies don't want to handle cash but it affects the customer experience in a negative way. There was 2 other couples at breakfast we started talking to who were also put out by the no cash policy. I'm sure it's costing you business as there wasn't many people there but 3 couples won't come back while this policy is being implemented. Hope this feedback helps.

The hotel isnt too bad for the money and the location was excellent for what we needed. Room was comfortable, (little dusty), TV and movies were a bonus, cot already set up in room ready to go when we got there.
Did the online checkin which seemed a waste of time, as when I got there I still had to fill out the same info as what was in the app. A ticket spat out with a room number on it and no indication as to where it was located, just worked it out while waiting for the lift that it was on the ground floor. More like a docket you get waiting for a meal at maccas.

No info about changes to parking at time of booking through booking.vom and nothing on the website either. Carpark was closed for line marking (on a weekend). We had to ask about the parking as we had a disability parking ticket and the car park was closed with no alternative parking thought about for disability permit holders. So ticked off as we got back at night and the parking was 1km from the front door, mean while the electric cars were parked right next to the enterance charging. Disable customers had to walk. Too bad if we had a wheel chair, pushing it up a hill to the enterance. Seemed communication with customers needed improving from management so people were fully aware and could book elsewhere as not suitable to their needs.

Your manager did offer the loading dock but wasnt sure if we could park there all night and no parking at the door was offered thanks for making the cuatomer look like the idiot.

Held my daughters 1st birthday party here outside by the pool deck for lunch and swim last weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better place to host it at. Guest went home satisfied with the rooms, location, space, parking, pool and especially the food. Def a weekend to remember and a good memory to share with my daughter when she grows up. Staff and event coordinator were super helpful and kind. Thanks Atura

Cleaning seems to be invented there, rooms not clean and prints on the curtains seems to contain spores of male DNA. Tables in restaurant always sticky. Items not refilled. Toasters not working. Coffee machine out of order. Breakfast during weekends.... 7:00 - 09:30 and kicked out restaurant at 09:31. No warning that breakfast is included in package or not and they charge you for... 30 kiwi dollars for a lousy brakfast when not. Scrambled eggs looked like porridge. Not capable of sending me a correct bill. Once and never again. Stayed 7 days...

My family of four stayed overnight for a little getaway. Check in was easy and staff were super helpful and friendly. We even received show bags for the kids, which were a big hit! They had some fun little toys in them, which was a really nice touch. We had adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable! Really nicely appointed. A few dusty surfaces but nothing really bothersome. The mini bar prices are very reasonable. The pool is gorgeous and clean, and pool towels are provided(which is wonderful, that way you're not using the bath towels from your room). The ground floor layout is great. A bar where you can sit(and has happy hour!), there's a kids play area near the pool table which entertained everyone. Such a good communal area, chill vibes and welcoming. We had dinner at the restaurant. Great selection(my son and I are vegetarian and my husband loves steak), there was something for everyone. We got a late check out so we could have a swim before we left. Breaky was ok. Standard buffet.
I liked how they had essential things and snacks for sale near the reception too. Very handy.
We will definitely be back! Thanks guys.

I had an event on the weekend at Atura and let me say this:
If you're a big family and love to eat, this is not the place for you.

I paid so much money only to be EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Where do I even begin:

* Upon arrival, the food was not ready. No cups/drinks on the table. The food wasn't even out yet. When it was served, it was cold.
* There were two tea stations. However, for both coffee machines, the water was not refilled.
* There was no one at the bar waiting to serve people.
* I ordered buffet to feed 60 people. Whilst we were waiting for the food to be refilled, I was told by one of the employees that there was a limit and that was all the food. There was no more food in the kitchen. Meanwhile, my guests were inside hungry and waiting for food.
* Plates - I had to ask the employees to get more plates as there were not enough.
* Time limit - My event was from 12PM - 3:30PM. One of the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE to my mother and told her that the event ended at 2PM - TWICE.
* The staff were rude to my guests
* The OVERALL SERVICE was APPALLING !!!

W.T.F !

My mother, parents in law, partner, brother and sister were constantly running around and making sure that our guests were fine and WE CONSISTENTLY went to the front desk to ask them to
* refill plates
* bring out dessert
* ask for a bartender
* make sure the food was hot

We felt like our event wasn't taken seriously.

We paid so much money ($5K) only to be running around - may as well be working a Sunday shift.

There was only one young female employee and I must give her full credit for sticking around and doing everything herself. Her male co-worker was no where to be seen after only serving 2 drinks. I wish I got her name to thank her. But to her male coworker and the other older female coworker - what an absolute nightmare.

Extremely disappointing and wasted our money. I 1000% would NOT be coming here EVER again !!!!

We did an overnight stay - really enjoyed the retro theme in the nicely renovated rooms which are accurately portrayed on the website. Check in and service was top notch - the pool and restaurant downstairs had a great vibe. Excellent historical pub next door which is almost worth a holiday in itself. There's also a quirky drive-in and trash and treasure market next door on Sunday mornings which is a real eye-opener - so many things falling off the back of trucks in Western Sydney, cash only! The beds were really soft and sinky - not fully comfortable but this could be a personal preference

We did a red balloon 1 night staycation and it was such a joy. Great hotel with the softest bed! Sleeping on clouds. Head downstairs for dinner and food was delicious. Dessert platter included on arrival with two shots of tequila! Heaps of movies available on the TV. Perfect lazy night in. Home away from home.

Ordered a diner at 8.30pm at 9 still had not received it. 9.15 got my meal this is not usual however this is about honest reviews.
No USB charge points in the rooms. Beds are 6 out 10 for comfort. Rooms are well decorated again the mini bar option is outdated and the fridges are chill only.
I have moved from staying at a competitor to this one. I really like atmosphere and vibe of the place.

We stayed in G10, a mobility assist room on the ground floor. Why are mobility assist rooms furthest away from the entrance?

Would it hurt to provide a courtesy wheelchair?

Why is there a 1960 Cadillac parked in the entrance to the hotel blocking the disability access?

Why is the restaurant closed on Friday night and all weekend for anything other than breakfast?

Most of the staff are either new and untrained or just clueless, and display a sense of apathy and laziness that i have never seen before. I watched 2 young girls attempt to reset the dining area after the breakfast session, the first one slowly and gently placed the napkin and cutlery on the table and the second one slowly and gently wiped the table, around the napkin and cutlery, being careful not to bump the placements. I thought, Just wipe the table first!.

The bed does not allow wheelchair access to both sides, and is placed diagonally across from the TV resulting in a difficult television watching experience while resting.

The kitchenette is cute but does not have any dishwasher or wiping/drying products.

The microwave model is 7 years old and almost unusable due to the close to the floor placement and lack of room lighting to enable reading of the button labels

As for media options, the hotel system in use is very outdated and poorly structured which has no options for watching any social media platforms or logging in to any of your visual accounts and does not support casting from your devices.

I could go on but I think you get the idea.

Checked in Friday, checking out Monday, will never return.

My partner and I stayed for a night and went to the drive in movie was fantastic. Atmosphere is great in the hotel, room was fantastic and bed was amazing. Slept so well. Shower and bathroom was great.
Breakfast buffet was fantastic, food was so good and massive range as well. Will definitely be staying again soon!

What a joke! I booked over a month ago and I get a call today saying that I have to cancel my booking because the entire hotel is now booked out by a group! I ALREADY HAD A BOOKING! You can't just cancel everyone else's bookings because you get more money out of a group! It's a JOKE! I will never recommend this place to anyone!

Went for a work function. Staff were so lovely. Room facilities were great. Food was ok.

May have been improved as lighting changes outside to adjust lighting inside so that we see the presenter better, as it started to hurt my eyes having him backlit, as he stood in front of the window but the audio visual was great.

Bathroom was interesting in that the wash basins were at the end of the room after the cubicles, around the bend and while I was in the cubicle I heard women just leave without washing their hands. Gross, but not the venues fault. Maybe they didn't realise the basins were there?

The staff were super friendly & helpful. The room was great! Huge amount of space, king bed & very comfortable.
It's all pretty funky and fun.
Food was good - had the fried chicken entree.
Only half negative is the shower rose is small and throws our water in about a 20cm area. No biggie though

A nice place in a convenient location. Added bonus of drive-in cinemas right next door. Hotel is modern and has a friendly environment from the front desk and staff members. Breakfast range is a lot and the one's ordered were good quality and quantity. Room was just right, clean and bed comfortable, only issue was that the room became stuffy and there's no window to open and no temperature controls.
It's right off the M4 and easy to get to.

While we generally love staying at Atura, our latest stay was not as pleasant.
We were advised there was no payTV, which was quite disappointing.
We decided to have dinner in the restaurant, which couldn't be described as anything but ordinary, bordering on horrible (the salt and pepper squid was atrocious).
The TV in our room decided to drop network completely at 9:30PM.
Also, the bed in our room appeared to be short-sheeted (not tucked in and made in a hurry).
In the time of Coronavirus where the hospitality industry is having an extremely tough time, one would expect staff and management to be on-point, to encourage return guests. Not sure what happened here, but hopefully we were just very unlucky.
