Great stop over, Staff are very welcoming
We may of missed out having dinner but Morning tea was amazing
Very clean toilets that was left open all night for Caravan's to use if stopping the night
Plenty of room out the back for you to pull in with your van
We will be back
I recommend that you stop and enjoy this beautiful little place
Tavern NOT open of a Monday but campers still very welcome

You need to get out of town and check the vibe of this place out. Great spot to ride the bikes to. Has many different areas to segregate from others. Food came out very quickly considering how many were there. Beers were cold. And the bartender offered a taste test for a random beer. It was fantastic Can't wait to ride there again. Cheers

We had a fantastic family group dinner at The Axedale. Thanks to Dutchy, Vada and the team for their hospitality. The food was delicious. Big meals, we couldn't all finished. Can thoroughly recommend. We'll be back!!!

This newly renovated pub was a delight to visit.
The $21 lunch menu, with a choice of house wine, beer or soft drink, was well received.
The roast of the day was pork, melt in the mouth, and there was a lovely selection of desserts, coffees and teas. The food was delicious, but a little too salty in some dishes.
The hosts were friendly and helpful.
The downside to the building are all the steps up and down, but it had plenty of great atmosphere, especially with the wood fire burning.

We just loved our meal it was wonderful all the girls behind the bar were so friendly we were lucky enough that could our van behind the pub for the night. Could only give high praise to the tavern

A Mothers Day lunch for two.
Plenty of friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
An excellent set menu with a good range, well presented and perfect portion sizes.
Complimentary prosecco on arrival and a picolit with dessert for Mums were an added bonus.
Overall, a great experience.
