Terrible food and terrible service!

Diane Sauce came out Orange, Mushroom Sauce came out with the consistency of water.

Abysmal will never go back.

The Bank Hotel is a great spot! Friendly staff and clean accommodation. The wife and I broke down while passing through Dungog late at night. We were traveling with our two dogs and were in a real tight situation, thankfully the friendly gentleman behind the bar was able to accommodate the four of us at the last minute and the polite woman the next morning was able to accommodate a late check out while we sorted out our breakdown. Despite our bad luck I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel and thankful for the staff that made life much easier for us that weekend.

Had an overnight stay in this great old pub and was pleasantly surprised. Great staff with a live band playing in the sports bar topped off my stay.

The Bank Hotel. Great place to stop. Had a great lunch. Chips and burgers were amazing. Staff friendly and welcoming. Locals funny, friendly and so welcoming. Will come back. Didn't stay in room but I hear they are good as well.
