Food over priced and potion sizes wouldn't feed a toddler.
Customer service was terrible from the young staff on the ph to the apparent manager that walked away from the ph and left me on the call for 12 mins.
Morisset MacDonalds do better and that's saying. Do not waste your money......

They allow dogs in some rooms, so a big tick mark for me. There is a BBQ and little park area right outside the room, where you can take your dog to do their business, and there are bins where you can throw the doggy bags.

The room is a little dated, but in a very good working condition, the shower stream is nice and strong, and the hot water comes on straight away, the only thing that I was a little disappointed about was that they didn't provide the shampoo. I'll remember to bring my own next time, or there's Coles literally next door, 1 minute walk.
And yes, there's a small shopping area a minute walk away, pharmacy, cafes, etc.
The bar next door was not a bother at all, not sure if the room had noise cancelling material in walls, but I and my dog slept like babies.
Dogs are allowed in the courtyard area, so you can dine in with your dog!

The reception ladies are super easy to deal with, very pleasant attitude, made me feel welcome.

All essential things, toaster, microwave, tea, coffee, cookies, etc are provided, Including milk.

Meal definitely wasn't the greatest... the burger was so plain and they had the cheek to charge $18 with a cough of chips.
The chicken schnitzel was covered in gravy and soggy. Honestly spend nearly $50 and the food was disappointing.
We also had some beers which were all flat.

The (huge) room is excellent. Fancy beds. Big tv, All renovated and refurbished. Close to the shops, lake and other places. It was perfect for my needs. I'll be coming back.

One of the worst meals I've ever eaten, well mostly not eaten. Don't believe the adds, the food looks nothing like the photos. Caesar salad was drowning in dressing, topped with croutons straight from a packet and instead of bacon was served with 2-3cm chunks of white uncooked bacon fat. The squid starter was bland, floppy and smelled very bad. Ordered the chilli prawn and chorizo pasta. Asked for no prawn's, still got charged full price. The "chorizo" was sliced packet salami. So $30 for spaghetti with cold tomato and salami. Burnt bruschetta. Bland and dry chicken tacos. Waited an hour and a half. I would have complained to the one and only waitress about our meals but our plates were still on the table 45 minutes later and we had to leave.
The dining room was full on a Sunday afternoon and they had only one waitress serving clearing and taking orders. To her credit, she handled it all with a smile on her face. Only good thing about our experience.
